Thanks from a fan of theirs since 1966... they have brought so much joy to so many people. They are one of the few bands that seem to have come through the'
music business with dignity and grace. Bless them.

Lost track of times I've seen them, somewhere in the teens, the first being a small venue in 1969. They are the key players on the soundtrack of my life.

wretchedhyena that was the time to get totally absorbed in the music- i.e. The original Electric Factory in Philly..
anyone who's been there would know.

Saw the Moodies in Milwaukee last November, fantastic show. Not sure on how long they will continue to tour, but for sure one of the greatest rock bands ever.

People have no idea just how involved the life of a band is when they're on tour. From Rush to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers to Iron Maiden to the Moody Blues, when a band is on tour it's a major undertaking done with military precision. Go to a city, set up, play the show, break it all down, then off to the next city and show, sometimes for months on end. This is a good video, giving us a snapshot look at a typical concert and what's involved.

stratovani I DO HAVE AN IDEA A LONG TIME AGO. didn’t Jackson Browne paid tribute to his roadies for their hard work? some traveled By bus or plane just to get to next venue and getting killed by aircrash....THIS IS A DIFFICULT JOB THATS WHY I ADMIRE EVEN THE LEAST POPULAR BANDS TRAVELLING JUST TO GIVE MUSIC TO PEOPLE AND THE WORLD

Thank you Moody Blues, for being such class acts all these years, and not making a spectacle of yourself destroying guitars and keyboards on stage (like The Who, among others).

The name of the brewery that the moodys was trying to get funding from is incorrect. It is in fact a very big brewery called Mitchells & Butlers and they still exist as a very big Pub Owner in the UK.
