I remember i found your channel when you made gaming videos a long time ago. something called like the gaming jive or something like that. Then you started making the car vids on here and i always was so exited when you’d post when I was younger, always made me appreciate the car meet after movies, even to this day. and i still love rewatching them. Good luck with the channel know you always do make good stuff and its good you still have that thrive to keep it alive.

Works for me ive been training hard for more than 10 years, cars and fitness thats my jam.
I am not very smart, heck I am barely 15 and I have not yet experienced what you have, but I will say this: This is our life, this is how it is supposed to go. Everyone has got to go through tough moments whether it is at 21 or at 67, you will go through pain. And well my depression don’t help a lot, but savage garage made me happy, at least till Randy was alive. I may not have suffered from the same pain as you Jimbo, but I probably will. The best part about life is when you start recovering from the shit life throws at you and that’s exactly what you are going through. So if you ever feel down and out, just remember, you’re not alone……. I don’t know where that came from but I hope it helps.

I too am feeling a shift in my life. The last time I drove in a sports car race, I had a feeling of "if this is the last time I do this, it would be okay." I know I'd enjoy doing more, but it felt like I had achieved all I really meant to. I'm not deep enough in pockets nor young enough to make a "go" of it as a professional, and I have a decent record of laps ran with good speed and bringing the car home mostly in one piece.
But I myself was slipping. I've never been especially healthy and this past year I turned 40. I know there are people "worse" than I am but I felt almost like I was too fat to live.
So, here I am, forcing myself out the door to do some sort of cardio daily and picking up weights. No massive changes yet but I didn't get to my worst state overnight.
Different situations but similar shifts. I get it completely. You seem to be knocking it out of the park as usual, I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with.
And, I might want to look into that T stuff after a while....
One of the big things I realized with fitness, was Tracking progression is key. Weight every day. Some sort of progressive overload, wether it's more reps, sets, or weight. It's easy to say we'll remember the numbers, but we never do. It doesn't have to make sense what you're writing down, But as long as you know you're doing more in the gym, or you're eating more or less and that scale is changing, progress is being made.
It's kind of infuriating how slow progress happens, and not to mention it feels like crap most of the time, but after a little while, You look back at some photos you took when you first started, and you notice You look a bit different. The scale reads more (or less depending on your goal). Your body looks a tad different.
I keep a damn piece of paper on top of my scale when I weigh myself every morning, because otherwise I forget to record my weight. Track your progress, I promise It's a fucking game changer!
