- The Famous North Coast 500 is the perfect road trip!
This is Day 1 of our trip, where myself and 3 mates will be tackling the east coast of the famous route, John O'Groats down to Inverness.
We have loads of stops along the way for activities and to capture the amazing scenery and roads.

Cant wait for the next episode! Me and my wife did the NC500 coast trip in a VW transporter camper for our honeymoon in late august 2021. it was an amazing experience, especially for someone from essex england! Keep up the great work chief, from a fellow MK2 Leon owner :)
Cheers James, and glad you had such a great experience on the route. It is something completely different and epic to find within the UK, but a fair distance to travel for yourself to get to the start of it.

Brilliant video guys you had me hooked in the first four minutes as I was laughing out loud at your banter. Being a North East loon myself I appreciated the scenery of Scotland and you fairly got the weather but then again it's usually drier in the East rather than here in the West where I now live. Just the one problem if you are going to show a Broch for the tourists it's aye better to hide the JCB that was parked across the road that knocked it up in an afternoon. I really appreciated the cars. I have owned most of the hot hatches over the years from an Escort Si to an Ibiza, Primera, MG ZR, Fiesta ST, 208 GTi, Corsa VXR, Civic Sport+ to my current hottest of all the i-Pace unless you discount it either as an SUV or it doesn't count being non ICE. Both your cars are really tidy and I wondered how many times you stopped to clean brake dust from your alloys before shots and what products you were carrying to do touch up jobs on route. The forfeit feature was class and should have the Top Gear producers contacting you in the near future. It goes without saying I liked and subscribed to your channel and wish you all the best with growing it but I am sure it will take off and if it doesn't I'm sure you could all take up a career in Stand-up.
Hey John, firstly thank you for watching and of course subscribing 🙏🏻 I wish I was able to do these trips more often on my channel, so hopefully ur not disappointed with the standard car vids I make. But myself and the guys are keen to do another big adventure, so keep and eye out.

@@NorthCoastWorkshop Not had a chance to watch any of your back catalouge yet but it may help as my son (21) has just bought a 91 plate, Mk1 MX5 pretty mint with north of 100k miles on it so I guess we will be tinkering with it for a few years but at least we kept his first car a 63 plate Fiesta Titanium with the Zetec S dress up kit on it for the winter when he is back to Uni in Aberdeen as rear wheel drive not so good in snow & ice not that you get it as much these days. When I was a boy we got snow 6 months of the year deep in rural Deeside.
