    SASTOJCI
    •Kora•
    Zobene pahuljice 250gr
    Kokos ulje (otopljeno) 50gr
    Domaći med 75gr
    1 Jaje
    Žličica praška za pecivo
    Žličica cimeta
    Žličica kardamoma (nije potrebno, daje lijepu aromu)
    Samljeti zobene do teksture brašna. Pomiješati sa svim suhim sastojcima zatim s mokrim. Dobro povezati, umjesiti rukama da dobijete tijesto. 1/4 tijesta ostaviti za posuti preko pite na kraju. Dobiveno tijesto (3/4) ravnomjerno rasporediti u kalup 20cm promjera i pobockati vilicom. Zapeći 15ak min na 180 stupenjeva u zagrijanoj pećnici. Zatim ostaviti da se hladi.

    4 srednje oguljene jabuke nasjeckane na listove
    Žličica cimeta
    Žlica meda
    Šaka oraha/badema
    *ostatak smjese od kore (crumble)
    Ogulite i nasjeckajte jabuke kao u video prikazu. Promješajte ih sa preostalim začinima i sastojcima. Ravnomjerno rasporedite na koru i posujte razmljvljenom smjesom od kore. Stavite peći 30ak min na 160-180 stupnjeva.

    INGREDIENTS
    •Bark•
    Oat flakes 250 gr
    Coconut oil (melted) 50 gr
    Homemade honey 75 gr
    1 Egg
    A teaspoon of baking powder
    A teaspoon of cinnamon
    A teaspoon of cardamom (not necessary, it gives a nice aroma)
    Grind the oats to the texture of flour. Mix with all the dry ingredients, then with the wet ingredients. Combine well, knead with your hands to get a dough. Leave 1/4 of the dough to sprinkle over the pie at the end. Distribute the obtained dough (3/4) evenly in a 20 cm diameter mold and prick it with a fork. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a heated oven. Then leave to cool.

    4 medium peeled apples chopped into leaves
    A teaspoon of cinnamon
    A spoonful of honey
    A handful of walnuts/almonds
    *rest of crust mixture (crumble)
    Peel and chop the apples as shown in the video. Mix them with the remaining spices and ingredients. Spread evenly on the crust and sprinkle with the crushed crust mixture. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
    when the pie is baked, let it cool completely, then serve with a scoop of ice cream. Good apetite! 😍
