Sočne kocke od jabuke koje morate probati - vegan, gluten free i bez pečenja

    Sočne kocke s jabukom 🍎
    Sirove kocke s prejednostavim sastojcima koje ćete sigurno obožavati

    •Sastojci•
    150gr zobenih pahuljica
    140gr orašastih plodova (bademi i orasi)
    1 slatka jabuka
    210gr datulja (bez koštice)
    Žličica cimeta
    Pun žlica kikirikija
    50ml vode od datulja
    •Preljev•
    60gr tamne čokolade (70%)
    2 žlice (60gr) guste kokos kreme iz konzerve (može i bez)
    Natopite datulje 15ak minuta u vrućoj vodi. Prvo odvojite 50ml vode u kojoj su bile, a ostatak ocjediti. U blenderu sameljite do teksture brašna zobene pahuljice i orašaste plodove. Odvojite sa strane. Jabuku ogulite i nasjeckajte na kockice, dodajte u blender. Zatim dodajte ocijeđene datulje (i vodu) i miksajte da se sve dobro poveže (možete i u sjeckalici). Kada ste dobili pastu, povežite ju sa smjesom od orašastih plodova i zobenih, također dodajte cimet i kikirki maslac.
    Dobivenu smjesu rasporedite u kalup 20x20cm (obložiti folijom ili papirom). Zatim prelijte preko čokoladu koju ste otopili. Stavite hladiti, najbolje preko noći. Zatim poslužiti, dobar tek! 🥰

    •Ingredients•
    150g of oatmeal
    140g of nuts (almonds and walnuts)
    1 sweet apple
    210 gr dates (pitted)
    A teaspoon of cinnamon
    Spoonfuls of peanuts
    50 ml of date water
    •Dressing•
    60g of dark chocolate (70%)
    2 tablespoons (60g) thick coconut cream from a can (can be without)
    Soak the dates in hot water for about 15 minutes. First, separate 50ml of the water they were in, and drain the rest. In a blender, grind the oatmeal and nuts to a flour texture. Set aside. Peel the apple and chop it into cubes, add it to the blender. Then add the drained dates (and water) and mix until everything is well combined (you can also use a chopper). When you have obtained the paste, combine it with the mixture of nuts and oats, also add cinnamon and peanut butter.
    Spread the resulting mixture into a 20x20cm mold (cover with foil or paper). Then pour over the melted chocolate. Refrigerate, preferably overnight. Then serve, enjoy! 🥰

    Znate li koliko secera, ima 210 gr urmi, ogromna kolicina, dovoljno je pojesti 3 dnevno,
