      Program guide is great Dan! But any tips you can offer regarding workout supplements? Over the years I've gone from "taking everything" to more of a minimalist approach today. I limit my supplements to whey protein, creatine, multi vitamin, D3, and fish oil. If there is one supplement that you would say is a must have, what would you recommend? Thanks Dan, you da best! 👊🏼

    ok, so I started to do these workouts last year expecting nothing, but I was having so much fun I kept going... I love to feel stronger. Now, 1year later, I literally have ABS! like, ROCK hard belly with lines 😁 So, if you're wondering if those videos work, I'm here to tell you they work!! thank you so much 🤍🤍🤍

    *Just exactly what I needed for ABS day!💪🏼 My core is ABlaze!🔥 That side plank hold followed by side plank reach-through was intense since my arms are quite sore from yesterdays complete arm workout!😤 Thanks Dan for yet another fABolous workout!👏🏼🙌🏼*

    I’m used to heavy weight, but got Covid right after Christmas 2021/2022. Started this and I can say the shorter workouts, fast paced and light weight are killer

    During the Chinese New Year, really need your videos. Look forward to your new videos. I do it every day. The posture has really changed a lot. Especially the abdominal muscles are more obvious💪
