    BEAUTIFUL!!! The sound from 3.10 up to 4.27 is totally hypnotic and wonderful to hear. Only a DC4 can make this beautiful, mellow, gorgeous music...Thanks for posting so we can hear this incredible sound!

    I heard this airplane was written off in a crash landing. Can anyone verify this and the cause?

      It wasn't written off when you posted the question. It was destroyed a few days ago in a crash near Fairbanks. It was still being used for bulk fuel transportation, albeit by a different company. Brooks Air Fuel went out of business a few years after this video was recorded.

    Pity she is parked with her nose wheel anything but straight. Nose wheel or tail wheel, when stationary nothing but dead straight.

    The way engine #1 just falls off the wing and compromises the entirety of the flight controls blows my mind that they still use these planes. Smfh.
