Bundt Cake Release

Happy national bundt cake day!
Releasing a cake from a bundt pan has got to be one of the most nerve-racking things in baking. I always hold my breath. Any one else feel that way?
For that reason alone you may have been avoiding making one but follow these tips for perfect release!
Generously grease your pan with butter and then coat it with a layer of flour before adding the cake batter. Bake it up and after it cools down slightly you can flip it to reveal your beautiful cake!
I can’t wait to glaze it and give it a taste!
