Key to success is practising every day, even it is 1 minute per day. I practiced it every day before bedtime. I can't even imagine the difference. I can't bend my knees properly and can't bear the pain in the beginning. But after two weeks I'm now able to sit perfectly. Now I need to increase my time. Thank you very much it very helpful for me. Please know that some people will not be able to attain Vajrasana depending on the ability of the pelvis and hip sockets to allow for internal thigh rotation. No amount of practice will change the limitations of the skeletal structure. Don't feel "less than" if this posture is not available for you!

It depends on your capacity and passion towards yoga 😊🙏 if you have at least 3-6 months of practice then you can think of ttc😊🙏
The top of my feet are very comfortable in Vajrasana but they hut a lt in veerasana, can you please suggest solution
Few postures get better only with time, when you practice regularly you can see that the little pain goes away 😊🙏
