i really recommend drinking atleast, minimum, half a bottle of water before drinking your coffee and you really should try to eat before drinking coffee. if not, that's what ruins your gut and spikes cortisol levels!
yess i try to do that! even a piece of toast or something too haha just sometimes im not hungry in the morning 😵💫
