The Outsiders was definitely an awesome read, shame so many write it off because of the whole “high school required reading” thing
Recently bought a sample of ‘97 shou pu erh (~€200/kg) and was surprised to conclude that i didn’t like it as much as basic pu erhs i ordered for about €30/kg. It just had a strange flavour. Maybe it was a little molded?
That's a 29 year old puerh it might taste a lot like a ripe because it's so old
I'm surprised The Outsiders is still part of the curriculum at schools. I thought it would be displaced by books like Into the Wild. I can only hope Hawthorne has been pushed aside. In my opinion, he's the most overrated author pushed by English teachers. Are they still reading A Separate Peace and My Antonia in schools? Those are keepers.
