Realistic Face Casting Tutorial !!!

- I got inspired to do the Faceless look from Ariana Grande's new video. I thought it was so creepy and cool at the same time. This was the first step to doing the whole look. I decided to make the face following a face Cast Tutorial. It worked really well for me even if it was my first time so wanted to share with you all. Products Used :
Alginate Molding Material
Plaster of Paris
(Make sure not to pour any of these above down your drain cause it can get hard and block up your pipes. Just let it dry and toss in trash)
Plaster Bandages
Saran Wrap
Vaseline
Liquid Latex
Plastic Cover
Sand Paper
Wood Glue
Paint or Makeup
(Makeup rubs off easy though)

Great video - and I love that you showed how to do it safely, it's so important. I'm an experienced lifecaster and just have a couple of tips - the Vaseline isn't necessary on the alginate, as it will come away just fine without it (you should also get a better surface without the Vaseline, as it can repel the water-based plaster to an extent). If you want your cast to last, ensure you dry it out for several weeks before sealing it - any moisture left inside will go moldy over time and ruin the cast x

+Pretty Scary lifecasting is a great art dollface I tell beautiful women too have some thing like this of you .many women are blessed with beauty capture in art form wow.ladies men tell me they would love this of there wives.if I had a woman mine do this for me I would call it Its no crime she frozen time.
You don’t need to add Vaseline to the alginate mould negative, it will come away easily without it, just make sure to do it straight after you create the cast, otherwise the alginate will dry out and shrink! ☺️ good tutorial, as a person studying special effects makeup at university it’s refreshing to see a process of this done properly and safely! 🙌🏻

Promise is a true artist. She can easily paint on the eyebrows without pencil sketches with SHARP precision according to her features! She mapped out her face very well onto her art! its amazing how accurate her painting/drawing placement is. Promise makes it look simple and easy in all of her tutorials but its actually FREAKING DIFFICULT!

I dont think it will work. As the face lock mainly works with ur iris..... My kiddos tested opening my android phn with my sleep face and it did not open.

Awesome tutorial! Thank you for showing the proper and safe way to make a lifecast. I from experience know first hand the effects of lifecasting without alginate. This wannabe artist applied plaster and plaster bandage over my arm and was badley burnt from the plaster (it heats up as it dries). Alginate is essential in lifecasting. Also a little tip. I you use your lifecast ti make prosthetics or masks, wrap the lifecast with plastic wrap before putting clay onto cast for non stick removal of mold.
