We haven't listened to both speakers, so take that with a grain of salt. But with that in mind we really hardly ever find major fault with KEF. And with that being said, with Otto's other speakers being Klipsch, ya we might lean that way. It is hard to demo in wall speakers. Because they can't be in the same place, much less same room quit often, and they are hard to move around. Which ones would you go with, or did you go with? Hard to say without hearing the KEF. However when the Klipsch might be $2000 retail, they actually sell for like $800... so in that case Klipsch all day. I can say they aren't the super bright type Klipsch. They are very good speakers. And those KEF just aren't going to have the output or be reference capable. Then add the Klipsch are sealed boxes which I find desirable for in-walls.
