"I actually prefer the standard neon, I think the colors are a little nicer." I am sorry to hear about the upcoming divorce lol
My local fish store! Saltwater section is pretty good as well!
Black skirts are my preference for sure.
Visit several times a year. Wonderful place, healthy fish and really helpful people. Love wandering down the aisles and look at freshwater to buy, saltwater to windowshop.
Good to hear!
I've gotten obsessed with glowlight tetras in the last few months. Got some mostly because my husband likes them, but after watching them they've become on of my favorite fish. Thought we were going to lose one to swim bladder issues, but we put him in a hospital tank with aquarium salt and he bounced back within a few days. Tough, beautiful, active little guys.
I agree with you. My goldfish are always in a good mood and happy to see me.
Been there a few times nice shop. Back in the 80s and 90s before saltwater and corals got big I use to see a lot more freshwater species. Seems they have some I haven't seen in a while
Yep pretty tanks thanks for giving all of us a tour with you 😊
As far as fish always in the best mood I've got to say the skinny Danios. Giant, leopard, zebra etc. They're always doing something weird and fun, playing in the flow, surfing, chasing each other around and just being random goofballs. Some might say they're too common, but there's a reason, they're like the most extroverted type A, always on the move frenetic goofballs!
Standard Serpea are some of my favorites even though they're super cheap and really common.
Just because they’re common - they can still be cool!
Great tour! Liked the elephant nosed fish and the electric catfish especially. For the fish I've kept that always seem in a good mood, I'd say endlers and ember tetras. Thanks for sharing this 🙂👍
Nice tour, great fish.
👍🤣👍 I' d be in major debt upon leaving that store
I’m sure some are. Haha
This is my local fish store! I'm so excited you guys came to Nashville!
Awesome!
White skirt tetras looked great
25 years ago I lived in Nashville and this was my lfs! So great they are still around and doing a great job! Thanks for sharing!
Looks like a great store... Great video... 😎🤙
Great video!
Makes me want to run down to Nashville!!
Always enjoy videos like these!
Thank you!
I'm glad you made this video, I've been thinking about visiting this store for a while now, it's only an hour away from me.
Well worth the trip!
I'll take the black skirt tetra over the white skirt any day.
I've had both. Currently I have some black skirts in a 90 gal, along with candy cane tetras, bloodfin tetras, silvertip tetras, X-ray tetras, harlequin and purple harlequin rasboras, different types of corys, a rainbow shark, and some rabbit snails and ramshorn snails.
I'd like to get some black phantoms again soon. One of my top favorite tetras.
A must stop in Nashville!!! I love this store!
I agree!
Nice
When were y'all in my. town?? Dang, I would have met you there to say howdy. That's my local pet store. They are a great group of people.
We stopped there on the way home from Aquashella!
Cool that's a great day trip. Nashville is a 4 hr drive for me. I'm in the foothills of the smokies there's a place in Knoxville called the aquarium was on papermill dr can Google it and see if they are. been wanting to go not had the health or time to go to Knoxville
White skirt tetra and blind cave fish.
No personal experience with then but Dwarf flg Acara and the Humphead dwarf Acara always look really happy.
Sound silly but black construction paper can help with the reflections
It’s time to prime!
Those are not ruby barbs at 4.23, its odessa barbs I believe :)
Have y’all ever been to Aquarium Design Group in Houston? It’s amazing!
Yes - we've done a tour of that place too!
That’s Ben Ocharts Go to Local Fish Store!
I thought it would be further away, but it's only 6 hours out. Still a good while out, but less than I expected.
Our blind cave fish ate fully grown male guppies
Wow!
It’s sad I have no mom and pops close I have to drive 1 hr for the closest one
I have a 32 Gallon Biocube that I would like to put a pair of Apistogramma as centerpiece fish. Was thinking of putting some Marbled hatchet fish for the top area of the tank but not sure what type of fish would do ok with the dwarf Chilids. Any ideas
Most tetras would work well
Totally unrelated. Just got a 75 gallon and have a bunch of geophagus. I have currently caribsea moonsand white. Was thinking about changing to black sand, but didn’t want to break the bank. Is that black diamond sand safe for the geos to sift? Thank you!
I'm not sure I would trust it with geos?
@@PrimeTimeAquaticsupdate: wife likes the natural sand look better, so I’m gonna stick with caribsea moonsand. They love that stuff!
🤔 Can you put a african dwarf frog in a 30 gallon with Cory's and different type Tetras ? Will they be allright and have you ever done it ? 😀🐟🐟🐸🐠🐠🐡🐡🐠🐟🐠🐠🐟
You may have to spot feed the frog to make sure it gets enough food?
Parrot fish eat red tail black sharks theres a video of this on youtube if you search
Hey guys. I'm in need off done serious wisdom. I'm trying to sculpt and paint some hardscapes. Could you recommend products and perhaps some more insight? Please and thank you.
Polymer clay comes in different colors!
@@PrimeTimeAquatics do they need sealing?
Do they ship??
I’m not sure, but it’s worth a call.
