Thanks for the video Matt! Just to clarify for those interested, the emblem cable is not compatible with the original OCEAN Lettering mod without cutting and splicing wires. That's why I'm offering a 50% discount on V2 if you bought the original. If you still want to order the emblem cable and modify it to work I'm happy to send it with instructions on how to do so, just be prepared for me to reach out to you in a message after the order is placed to ensure that this is what you want.
Not for the feeble minded. I believe I can do everything that I just watched in this video but will need some assurance I can do the cutting and splicing. That looks like a complication.

Hey thx a lot for this. Is it possible to use a switch to put the logo on and off by driving the fisker? It would be glad💪👍👌
The adapter already allows the light to turn on and off when the headlights/parking lights are on. I don't think a switch would make sense in this application (locked hood).
We also need a tutorial/video on how to install the one for the hatch/Trunk. Thanks in advance

Matt ,just wondering about the mod and it's effect on the longevity of the lights themselves and how they may shorten there life because they stay on longer then originally designed.
I doubt these lights are designed for a certain longevity in mind. It's not something that concerns me. I suppose if this is truly a worry, don't get this mod.
What happens to the emblem and ocean lettering if your lights are set to auto?
On Auto, when the headlights or parking lights turn on, then the emblem and ocean lettering turn on.

Does this also work with European fiskers?
I can't see any reason it wouldn't. The OCEAN Lettering mod does, so this should be no problem. Check the connector on your emblem, if it looks like the one in this video then it should work without issue.

This is still crazy to me that the cars are already wired for this but it doesn’t work… not even the Ones??
It works, but it is only used for the light sequence on the Extremes and Ones. Either way, with this adapter, all trims can have the ocean lettering and Fisker emblem on when the lights are on. Certain markets are not allowed to use front or rear lights like these. For North America, the only restriction I see is that the front ancillary lights have to be white (no red or blue) and the rear ancillary lights have to be red.

What about the warranty on the car? You are modifiing the electrics and that,I think, is not allowed without loosing the warranty, or some of it...
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act clearly stipulates that warranties cannot be voided merely due to the use of aftermarket parts or services. Manufacturers are required to prove that the non-original part or service was the direct cause of the defect to deny warranty claims. In any case, I don’t think there will be a warranty soon anyway due to bankruptcy.
