    You can also use cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese

    Add the remaining sugar.

    2 chicken eggs.
    Mix everything together.
    Sift the remaining flour.
    Knead the dough with a spatula.
    Add flour in parts.
    Add 50 ml vegetable oil.
    Add oil in portions.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Place the dough on the table

    Put the filling on the dough.
    Spread the filling over the dough.
    Add chopped pistachios to the filling.
    Fold the dough like I did.
    Divide the dough into 8 parts.
    The width of each piece of dough is 5 cm.
    Form each piece of dough into a bun.
    Repeat after me.
    Do the same with the remaining dough.
    Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    Cover the buns with cling film.
    Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
    Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
    For the glaze:
    100g powdered sugar.
    2 tablespoons milk.
    Mix everything well.
    The glaze should not be very runny.
    The buns are ready!
    Drizzle glaze over hot rolls.
    Cool the buns.
