Exact Causes of this disease is not known till now. But due to any cause anyone has suffered with this, there are fluid leakage have been found from the capillaries of eye due to pucture of capillaries or due to hyper - permeability of capillaries (sometimes it may be due to intake of some drugs , i.e. PDE5 inhibitors categories, that sometimes inhibits PDE6 that the dialate blood capillaries of eyes also that allow more blood flow towards eye also and enter some fluid between the layers of ratina which cause a gap between layers of ratina Or elevation of photo sensitive layers i.e. restored after complete fluid absorption. But every times of recurrence (if any) there some are damage of some photoreceptor cells i.e. irirreversible.

Damage in ratinal phpto receptor cell of eye caused by to CSCR Or by any other reason (like macular degeneration) is not recoverable or reversible.
And once anyone suffered with CSCR (caused by any reason ), then most of them it is a recurring disease of approximately 21 days period (when occured) .
Every time it occured, is self recovered in approax 21 days and it recovers only the, gap (due to fluid) between layers of ratina after fluid absorption. But every time of disease recurrence, it cause some photorecepter cells damaged i.e. is unrecoverable. And every time this disease slow down some vision capacity.
And unfortunately there are no proper medicines available in medical science to stop this recurrences.

I have it for 15 years in both eyes. On the left eye, I'm almost blind at the center, a black big spot. On the right eye, it's becoming the same way. I'm anxious, stressed and depressed. 😮😮😮
