    You're such a phenomenal teacher, Dr. Pranesh! I've binged all your videos in a day and they were incredible. You've got these crazy good teaching powers, and your lectures are all so very comprehensive! I'm envious, ngl. At the same time, I wish there was more of you to learn from. Please, please (begging on my knees ardently) please be posting more often. Preferably more hour-long lectures. Please be teaching everyone about complex, significant topics that necessitate investing time. I've said it already, no one teaches ophthalmology better than you do. More power to you, and stay safe!

    Dear Dr. Parnesh, For the last 10 days I am facing the same problems with one of my eyes, blurred vision, darkness in vision, distorted and objects see smaller or farther (a bit). Also, vision is dull and tinted in color. I went to nearby hospital and was diagnosed with CSCR and was told that these symptoms will go away in a month's time without any medication, however asked to avoid stress and panic. I am far from smoking, steriods, steroidal medicines and alcohol consumption. I am not confident abt the treatment. Please suggest.

      reduce alcohol intake , spicey food , stress , garlic , caffein , anything that thins you blood , some you have to avoid temporarly until future medicine maybe ( rummored a eye drop type medicine but i dunno ) , mine trigger when i once eat very spicy food and too much caffein . . . . i had mine for more than 5 years use to be mild , since i discover this it doesn't progressed that much after i did all those ( cuz when i first got it i keep eating s***t :D and it made a bit worse ) , do exercise daily / 3 times a week at least walk until you sweat . . . and please over 35 do consume more healthy food cuz it does help with your eyes and health

      I am no expert on this condition, but have had it in my left eye for 5 years, and recently noticed it affecting my right eye.
      I have had laser, steroid injections x 2 and it did nothing at all to help my left eye condition and was progressively getting worse.
      As my work requires good vision, I was desperate to find some sort of help
      So I turned to natural herbs in my quest to rid myself of this awful condition.
      I am not saying this product I am taking will help you, but it is making my condition much better.
      I am taking Super E-Lipoic Acid tablets 2 per day. 2 months on and I am very pleased with the results so far. Plus I still have my job

    • @upthepole
      @upthepole Před 3 lety +2

      This treatment was not referred to me. I researched information on csr via Google. I found an interesting article by a medical scientist/professor which had recently been posted. In his findings, he said that Lipoic Acid did have a significant effect on reducing the swelling of the area which csr is present. So I had to give it a try.
      I will say that if you try this product, choose wisely. There are cheaper variants on the market which I first tried. Results were disappointing. So, I now use a company called Life Extension which make this . I am not promoting their products, or work for them. Its something that has had a positive effect on reducing csr in my eyes.
