I have a Branson 2515H (same tractor) that I bought last year and it's crazy capable. It appears that the engine is just a de-tuned 35hp model. The 2515, 3015, and 3515 tractors all have the Kukje/Cummins A1700 104.5ci engine but, like you said, the 2515 model doesn't have to have emissions equipment. I read that it's pretty easy to up the HP on the 2515, but you might want to wait until it's out of warranty.

Hey, Tony! I bought this tractor (Branson 2515h) last august as my first tractor. After owning it for this period, I've come to realize it offer features that the green and orange brands make you pay hundreds if not a couple grand extra for, all while being 3-5 thousand dollars cheaper! TYM seems it will only add to the greatness of the Branson tractor! Thanks for sharing Tony! 👍

Things I like better than my 1025R: Nothing in the fender wells, which provides easier access. Such as the loader valve, which you pointed out. The hood is all one piece. No sides to take off and fight to get back on. More lift capacity. And I'm sure the price is better than my 1025R. The only dealers in my area were orange or green. No TYM near me. Thanks Tony! Have a great day!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about the 2515H and your comparison with the 1025R. I'm glad to hear that you find the easier access and one-piece hood beneficial, and that the lift capacity and price are also favorable. It's unfortunate that there aren't any TYM dealers in your area, but I appreciate your input nonetheless. Have a great day!

I will tell you though, weight needs to be distributed front to back or the tractor will flip forward (or backward if lifted too high), just like any other tractor, regardless of size. I was just looking at our 574 today thinking if she could handle a few thousand pounds of hay on the front, she likely could handle a syrup tote of 275 gallons on the front as well. Now we don't have pallet forks for her yet, so I likely won't be giving it a go this time, but I wouldn't consider attempting it without the backhoe on. While the TYM is heavier in its tractor class, it's still a lightweight tractor and they don't drive well with heavy loads lifted more than inches off the ground. We added ballast to our rear tires and keep additional weight on the rear end to keep our girl steady with loads run across a field or lifted to max height for stacking.
They are tough little tractors, so folks need to play it smart when it comes to testing their limits 😉

For those of you TYM guys confused on the naming convention of these new tractor models offered, TYM carried over the naming convention of the Branson models. The first two digits refer to the engine horsepower and the second two digits refer to the frame size. It does seem that they dropped the R and the H at the end of the four digits, referring to transmission, gear-driven or hydrostatic. Incidentally the cab version is offered on the 15 series frame in the larger engine ratings. 3515c and 4215c our cab versions of the tractor in this video.

It's worth noting, if TYM has kept to Branson's offering of this tractor, going up to one of the larger engine sizes, within the 15 series frame, you'll get the next size tires which will give you a little more ground clearance.
Also I believe when Branson came out with this tractor a couple years ago, they were working on a cab version. I'm not sure if it was ever offered, or whether it would have been offered on the 25 horse or just the larger engine sizes.

I've noticed you get better precision with the lever next to the seat, but greater serviceability having the controls by the steering wheel. Interesting to hear from experienced tractor folks. My first thought is to agree with Tony as this is way over simplifying but I really like idea of shorter hydraulic hose that I can see as well. Be nice to see the grease points, where the protection is for both externals/skid plating and internals/dust guards oil filter/fuel filter but small is really so nice in the Boating business anyways and always great to see the arrival of pure BEV in this size capacity output diesel might explain why the tractor game is really picking up. John Deere is huge with diagnostics and telematics so make no doubt the entire Industry Diesel is really nervous about that especially with the economy slowing down and all quite suddenly.

@@TonysTractorAdventure it looks a fine machine for the horse power they could make a eco line with the branson line up which in todays world having a cheaper option if you just want a base line tractor is good
