    The Kioti CK2610 leads its class in so many areas that I forgot to mention a few things, so I added a more complete list here in the video description. Of all the 25 hp tractors by Kioti, John Deere, and Kubota, I found out that Kioti CK2610 has the...
    1. Most gross vehicle weight
    2. Highest lift capacity on loader (claims 1835 at pivot pin & I could control a gross weight of 1470 with the dog food, pallet, and forks...which is forward of the pivot pin)
    3. high lift capacity at the rear PTO
    4. Highest lift height on the front end loader
    5. Largest cubic inch engine (100 cc)
    6. The most torque at the wheels
    7. Highest rear PTO hp rating in its class
    8. The most hydraulic flow rate
    9. Best front axle linkage design (in terms of damage prevention)
    10. Ideal analog dash, which isn't sunlight sensitive
    11. Most open floor deck
    12. Ideal hand position for operating the front end loader
    13. Firm lever controls
    14. Comes standard with the Skid Steer quick detach loader
    15. Heavy duty design with better layout, steering linkage, and an all steel construction (not the aluminum rear end seen in the John Deere E-series)
    16. Most affordable pricing in its class (weight/size/power)

    Similar thought process but needing a cab I ended up in a Kubota LX series. I see Kioti has added one now. It also came down to the local dealer support. Kioti is nonexistent here. There's an award winning Kubota dealer 15 miles from my property. Good video man.

    My wife asked me how I liked my new tractor, a NH Workmaster 25. I replied great, it does tractor things. I’ve never had a tractor before. I have nothing to compare to. It was a good value, 3rd function control standard, you know, tractor stuff. I think, too many don’t realize this, we’re newbies, I can do things I’ve never done before. I don’t know if it does things better or worse than others. One of these days I will. Meanwhile, I’ll just do tractor stuff and grin.

    My Kioti 2610 HST cab model has been awesome. I liked the pedal design, much more comfortable than the Kubota layout. To me, it seams more heavy duty than the Kubota and it does weigh more. Plus it has more lifting capacity. We have a great dealer less than 1 hr away, so that really sealed the deal for me.

    New subscriber here.
    I have the L2501 Kubota. I have been very happy with it. I have had it since December of 2017 and have 340 hours on it. Mine is the gear drive with the ag tires. It is the cheapest version of their economy tractor that I could get.
    We didn’t have a Kioti dealer in my area when I bought mine and still to this day don’t have one near me.
    It is good to see these Korean tractors catching on in the marketplace.
    The best thing with Kubota and we all owe them a huge debt of gratitude is that they were responsible for bringing the compact and sub- compact tractors to North America.
    They were the pioneers that opened the floodgates to this now very popular markets.
    Nice job. I enjoyed the full watch. 👍

    I also came down to the ck2610 and l2501 as the final 2 tractors when I was last shopping for one. The rops of the ck2610 not clearing an 8' door and the loader hydraulics being more exposed were the two negatives on the ck2610 for my use cases. The kubotas seat/operating station being less comfortable and the pedal layout being the negatives of the l2501. If memory serves the kioti lifts more but the kubota has more reach with the loader so there's applications where each could be better than the other. In the end I went L2501 as there's dealers near both properties we use it at and on the road between them. The kubota also has better forum support, there's more aftermarket goodies like brush guards and we've had good luck with kubota in the past. Great video, good for others shopping to get these days points

    Nice review! I have looked at all those brands you talked about and decided to go with kubota mainly because of the dealer network and support! My kubota dealer is 15 miles from me and the nearest Kioti dealer was over an hour and that dealer sold many brands of tractors!
    I stopped to talk with them a couple times and they were the typical sales people ! Pretty much saying every tractor I looked at would work great for my needs!
    Talked with the kubota dealer and he steered be away from the BX series stating I should step up to the B or even L series because of the type of work I was doing! Gave me all the pros and cons with each tractor I was looking at and even told me concerns of other customers preferences! I felt way more confident with Kubota than other brands!

    Nice machine. I had a Kubota that I sold and missed more than I liked not having it. I went shopping finally, and never considered anything but another Kubota so I went to where they sell those and was pretty well set on it. On the way home from the Kubby dealer I saw a John Deere dealer. I stopped and looked, drove a 3033R but it was a touch small for my needs so I left with no sale. I LOVED that machine though, it was my first time on a Deere, my wife always told me when I had the Kubby, “tractors are green”, LOL. Turned out she was right. That Deere stuck in my head like some kind of paste on the brain. I did finally find the larger edition of the Deere I was in the market for at a dealer in Indiana. I went down there and talked to Clinton Garber and he set me up and I am now a tickled John Deere guy with a tractor my wife tells me is the right color. I was looking at a New Holland (which did meet my requirements) and while I knew of Kioti there were no dealers near me so I never got a chance to look at those. The regen silliness is a bit of a dumb thing to me. It is a pacification and a power play in my not so humble opinion. I am happy as can be with my 3039R. I have a backhoe, tiller, hiller, wood chipper, box blade, forks, and a grapple and it does the work of 20 men every time I use it. It did cost a bit more but I have always lived, worked and believed I am to poor to buy junk so price is merely a factor to me, not thee factor. I have seen the Kioti since but never operated one. I liked what I saw and had I seen one before the Deere and liked it’s “ways” when I operated it I may have gone that way, but, I know I love this Deere so, no regrets. At the end of the day, does it do what I need, does it satisfy me while I am doing it, does it feel worth what I paid for it, is the satisfaction of ownership meter right of center? All of those are upticks for me with the Deere and that is all it has to do. The Kioti are a sweetheart of a deal and the quality is surely there. Great video. Nice tractor!

    Once you try a Backhoe, you’ll want to have a Backhoe. Had a Kubota HST1700 for years, a great little machine. I always wished I had a Backhoe after I saw my neighbour using his Kubota with a Backhoe. I bought my Kioti CK4010 in 2020. No problems with the DPF so far. Hopefully I don’t, dealer says they are not getting any complaints about them. The only warning is, run the machine, operate around 1800+ RPM’s.

I followed the advice of my father in law and only looked at the Deere and Kubota. I'm really liking the way your machine is equipped. Location of the dealership also played into my decision. I own the manual transmission Kubota l2501 and love it I do ,not sure if Kitoti has a manual option? My reasons I like the l2501 independent braking ability for tight turns when plowing driveways(snow) with the Kubota, I like resell value of the Kubota and larger dealer network with Kubota. I also like the proven reliable kubota engines that start well in cold weather as well as parts availability. Kioti’s are nice tractors no doubt and have their advantages but my 2501 satisfies my needs, good video for people on the fence or that need extra lifting capacity along with other points you made! I bought a CK2610 tractor package 2 years ago. The reasons and I looked at them all . I have all the dealers[bigplus] on the east side of Dallas so no problem there. Love J.D. but there 25hp tractors had a lot of aluminum in the rear. Better for a estate work[not heavy enough. The kubotas were higher priced [loved them also] but I have two friends who bought the next step in HP and had regen and other problems. Also my CK 2610 had just as much grunt as theirs did and my HST beat them down a gravel road drag race twice. My package included a 20foot tandem[Kearney ] trailer, post whole digger, 62inch rototiller, 5ft box blade for $24k. The only draw back to a Kioti is you can`t over haul the 25hp engine. With standard maintenance is should out live me.

    Kubota B2550 is no longer being made. It's been replace with LX2610 with a total different engineerings. Because Kubota had so much problems with the engin they stopped making it. The LX2610 is a real good Tractor but Kioti CK3510 still beats the Kubota. Your info is the only one I watch that was on the money . A very honest video except for the B2650 which isn't made anymore.

    • @WorthDoingRight
      @WorthDoingRight  Před 2 lety

      You are thinking of the B2650 and the B3350...but are incorrect or confused about a few things. Yes, the B2650 has been replaced with the LX2610...but it is the same basically trouble free machine the old B2650 was. Their problems were with the B3350...it was terrible, which was redesigned and replaced with the LX3310. Kubota really had a lot of B3350 owners upset when they didn't stand behind those machines the way their customers expected and left many of them left to deal with their DPF related issues. That said, the LX and the old B series models are much smaller, lighter, and weaker machines than the CK series by Kioti...yet, despite that, the LX series still cost more.

    Doing your own homework can be a huge advantage, I know when my dad bought his 1025 there was a $1500 difference between one dealer to the next just 40 mins away. The cheaper dealership threw in a ballast box too, so say $2000 difference between a 40 min drive. Well worth the homework and time. Kioti does make some nice machines I just can't understand their size models, like Deere is easy
    1-series , to 2-series to 3-series and on, Kubota has the bx, b, lx, l, mx, m and on but kioti cx, cs, dx, ns and on I've watched many of videos and feel like some are so close in weight and capabilities why they make it that way? I will say with that loader capabilities I would definitely get the back tires filled, easily add 400+/- lbs to each tire and makes a huge difference. I have a Kubota l3940 cab and could never separate with it being one of the last year with the extra diesel crap but I'ld like to get a smaller machine to go into the woods and such, I usually use the ATV but it has serious limitations compared to a tractor. I was thinking b series but been trying to look into kioti but can't quite get a grasp on their models yet.

    I'm lookin at all 3 Tractors, John Deere, Kubota and Kioti. I'm looking at the CK3510 Cab. Kioti which is the same as a Bob Cat has the nicest Cab of all Tractors. Kioti CK3510 has some real nice standard features that the others don't have. Price to me is about the same all around. Not really that much different. But my biggest problem with the Kioti is my nearest dealer is over 200 miles away as the John Deere and Kubota is only 35 miles away. I have talked to the other dealers John Deere and Kubota and they both said they do work on Kioti but since they don't sell the Tractor your put on the back of the repair list. Also told prices of repair will be a little more for the Kioti. I still haven't made up my mind yet. Do I buy the better Tractor Kioti, or do I buy the Second best because service when I need it is closer.

    These engines are very easy to boost hp by simply turning a screw on the injection pump. It will void your warranty if the dealer finds out but that would be pretty difficult.

    You cut yourself short on the Loader Capacity. It's actually 1835 lbs. The Kioti is without any doubt the best overall value for the mpney

  • @lcee6592
    @lcee6592 Před 2 lety +1

    You didn't say at what point the kioti rates its loader lift capacity. Also HP does not necessarily equate lift capacity. Such as an 8HP log splitter generates thousands psi.

    • @APBT-Bandog
      @APBT-Bandog Před 2 lety +3

      Every tractor manufacturer I am aware of lists their lift capacity at the pivot pin. At that location, the CK2610 with the KL4030 loader lifts over 1800#, nearly 700# more than the Kubota L2501.
      Lift capacity is determined by hydraulic pressure. Lift speed is determined by flow rate.

    some people say that 25 hp. tractor is not enough Pto power for effectively running a garden tiller, is that so? BTw thanks for the review. One of the best I have seen. How about mid mount mower? How about Rural King/TYM?

    • @WorthDoingRight
      @WorthDoingRight  Před 2 lety +1

      I have no experience with RK/TYM machines, but I have heard of a lot of complaints for various reasons.
      Tiller is fine on the 25 hp machine if you get one sized for the machine. You shouldn't have any issues if you are no more than 5' wide, just don't go as deep on the first pass if you are in very heavy soil. Also, go with forward rotation.

    I have a kubota LX2610 that I bought slightly used and it’s been a disappointment. I should have went with the kioti I just got worried because there are not many dealers near me. My Kubota has been at the dealer for a month for a oil leak. The loader is extremely weak and flexible with just the smallest amount of weight. The hydrostatic transmission whines so loud in the cab you almost need ear plugs. Even our 20 year old hydrostatic John Deere is quieter and easily twice as smooth on the hydraulics. It’s also very narrow and too heavy and feels like it’s going to roll on just the smallest incline. Wheel spacers will fix it but it should have been wider from the factory. I’m general I’ve learned Kubota is overrated. I would have bought a John Deere but they do not make a 25hp with a ac/heat cab.

    @VineV-Dutch Před 2 měsíci

    Hydraulics: 400lbs; on paper. That doesn't say it's actually 400lbs more when running hydraulics. Especially when running the pto combined with steering and running the front of rear loader. When running a loader; it's all about ergonomics. And bring able to find the sweet spot so you can put the front loader down AND keep the pallet fork/bucket level. Running both horizontal and vertical hydraulic lines combined. That's what's about. And I don't see you keeping your grappel level when lifting your loader.

    • @APBT-Bandog
      @APBT-Bandog Před 2 měsíci

      Are you upset about it being 400# on paper, as it sounds like you are trying to say that is irrelevant, when in fact, any numerical reporting on paper is on paper. Never the less, my neighbor has a 35 hp Kubota, L series, and my 25hp Kioti can actually lift 400# more than his machine.

    • @WorthDoingRight
      @WorthDoingRight  Před 2 měsíci

      I think you are focusing on the wrong thing, as there is no need to worry about leveling something on your tractor if you cannot first lift it. Silly argument.

    I would be concerned about the frunt axial, the kubota L series frunt Axialis look beefier but it can't lift as much that is telling me that kiode mite have there Axialis close to there limit before you put a big load on them this is one of the reasons why I will stick with kubota

      The only two things I have seen that Kubota brings more to the table of is debt as they cost more, and number of dealerships. The Kioti is heavier and has higher lift, stronger lift, and higher PTO hp at given sizes...and has better features as well. I do like the MX series of Kubota though...but for 25-40 hp, Kubota cannot though the CK series Kioti
