Definitely! That double steak grilled cheese burrito was special. Even the regular one is fantastic.
To me the grilled cheese shell is just a birria taco. All they need is a cup of birria consomé (au jus) to dip it in to make it complete.

Typically, when Reviewbrah releases a new review video for an item, it's the first time that I'm made aware that the item exists. But, i've actually already had these tacos twice! I don't eat fast food often, but I enjoyed these enough to get them a second time. Thanks for the review!

Then I watched the first Running on Empty.

Perfect timing for this video as I’m just about to sit down and try this for myself. This is the first time I get to try the same thing at the same time as The Review Brah.
I was shocked by how good this was. The chicken actually tastes really good. Probably the best meat I've had at taco bell ever. The avocado sauce is also great
I went out and got a couple of the soft shell and the crispy shell. They didn't disappoint ! I like the direction Taco Bell is going with
these menu items. The sauce left a slight tingle in my mouth for a couple minutes after eating. The soft shell had crispy cabbage,
that was a nice contrast with the chicken and the avocado sauce. Best I had in quite some time !

To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of the sweaty cheese blanket on the outside of the taco, but the chicken is really nice and I love that avocado hot sauce. That better stay on the menu!

Boy, I have! I crave it like I used to crave booze. Spent $50.00 the other night (well, food +DoorDash charges and tip)on a bunch of stuff. The Cantina Chicken soft taco was great, and everything else was tasty for about 3 days. Pro tip- don't get lettuce or sour cream on anything you might have to microwave later.

Good review John. I'm not crazy about chicken from Taco Bell but it checked out the menu because of your video. I was pleased to see that they now offer a Build Your Own Cravings Box. Good deal for less than $7 including the drink. Well done Taco Bell!
I'm not a fan of their chicken either but it worked on the Cantina menu. I think the sauces help the chicken.

the chicken on the cantina line is new and different from the regular chicken! it's definitely better, but i haven't had the regular chicken much

Seriously. They're about the same size with the same amount of filling as the normal soft shell tacos. If I'm paying $8 for two tacos, they had better be decently sized. I don't even need giant ones, just something more substantial than this. Never going to bother trying it.
