Shortcuts? How hard is it to boil some spaghetti? You've still got to make the ragu anyway 😅 sort it out 😂
She need lessons from Gino for minimal effort and maximum satisfaction.
i really cant see the point of the time saving. Take 1 minute to chop an onion. I think this is worse as blender take longer to wash up. pointless really.
Saving 5 minutes chopping veg by roasting them in the oven for ages, make it make sense. Ludicrous recipe 🤣

They do know this in England but choose to call it “white sauce”. Different countries call certain things by different names. Even within the same country different regions call things by different names. I am surprised you don’t know this.
@@jujutrini8412. In my country Italy, here in Germany and all the nations I know, it is called Béchamel. Then evidently the English do and call things in their own way.

However that would be a baked pasta not a Lasagna. Because a whole different kind of pasta is used for Lasagna.
This isn't a shortcut. I can make spag bol in 20mins. Put pasta on, make regu, done. The shortcut is to not simmer the ragu and just use the chopped tomatoes without adding any water (still add stock cube though). Yes, it's not going to be quite as nice as a simmered ragu, but it's still good and gets the job done when you're in a hurry. Chopping is a pain, but it's quicker to chop than waiting around for veg to roast in the oven. If you don't want to chop, then use a blender (don't puree tho, ew) or chopping aid. Make it make sense. And why is there white sauce??? Also, this just makes loads more dishes, which would consume more time. Urgh. And there is the pasta... it's not even spaghetti.
Traditional bolognese doesn’t use spaghetti anyway. In Italy, you will only ever find it with tagliatelle

HOW IS THIS EASIER THAN TRADITIONAL??? TOO MANY STEPS!! IT MAY BE A DIFFERENT VARIATION BUT DEFINATELY NOT EASIER.

However, it is also necessary to write the way the word Paccheri should be pronounced. And that is …. Pákkeri.

I don't know if you are Italian, but I as an Italian can tell you that the pronunciation is not “packierri”, so as you wrote, but PÁKKERI (und with emphasis on A).
