Your voice is so smooth and soothing do a nursing themed asmr
Honestly been binge watching you all day, I'm restarting my nursing degree in September after leaving due to pregnancy, and im so excited to get back to it. Your videos have been super helpful to calm some nerves ❤ thank you ❤
I love hearing about nursing in other places than the US
I’m the same about looking at nursing anywhere but the UK! Love watching US nursing school videos :-)
You're so positive and your voice is relaxing!!
Please could you do a video on PAD docs for first year placement please xxxx
Starting first year next week so this was super helpful, Thankyou! Xx
Aww thank you!! Good luck xx
I start in September! thank you for this video.
I’m hoping to start my adult nursing degree in May thank you sooo much for these videos
Love your videos. :-) Could listen to you talk for hours... oh wait I just did that because I have been back-watching you... lol!
Hello, I love your videos. Love from India 🤗
Hi claire I love your voice from ireland please pray for me so I will found any school nursing studies for the first years I was waiting lists
Handovers are difficult I cant read anyone's writing. The nurses I'm shadowing talk to be about meds and IV like I'm already aware of it.
Good video
I start my first placement on Monday as my first year one got postponed and I'm so nervous
What type of nursing are you doing Claire?
Have started my first year placement today. I am doing mental health nursing. Just a quick quick question, with placements are we allowed to choose to go do them abroad or its just around UK only
What nursing field are you hoping to go into ?
Hi, when the placement starts? right at the beginning or second semester of year 1?
Hi Clair. Love your videos. Very informative. I'd like to ask one question. Could u pls tell me what procedure one is taught to perform after course? May one take blood straight away after graduation? What kind of procedure(apart from surgery) doctor can what nurse cant?
Hello, Thank you for your kind words! In the Uk currently, nurses participate in training for IVs, blood and cannulation post graduating. However, this is all changing from next year on students will learn how to do this on the nursing course. I hope this helps you xx
@@clairequinn2428 so to be qualified in above procedures I need to attend some courses? Are they paid? Without them is one valued same as someone with? (In terms of wage?
Im terrified 😢😢😢😢😢😢 starting in september 2023
do you think first year students are likely to be put on covid wards? sooo worried x
Yes they are,I am a first year student working on a covid ward
I'm a first year student in Germany and we're not allowed to work with anything covid related or isolation in general
are placements everyday in first year?
it depends the length of the shift.
you may have a few days of long shifts (12 hours) or a week of 9 to five shifts
