    Very interesting discussion, many thanks! One question: I see some skis in the background, which begs the question... If baking soda is supposed to increase performance in activities between 30s - 7min with high lactate production, would you say it's a valuable supplement for skiing? Are you aware of any studies / specific info in that regard? What about the best timing for taking sodium bicarbonate? Many thanks!
