We the Indian are deeply concerns over the democracy practice of United States
America is a constitutional rebublic not a banana democracy with stupid constitution like India.
As a US citizen I am concerned about our nation as political conditions have declined rapidly aided by legalization of propaganda targeting our own citizens by our government 2010-2013. Previously such action was illegal. Most people don't even know the activity has been made legal, and they have become 'brainwashed', confused and manipulated in their opinions. Our legal system was meant to be independent, that is, not influenced by political party. It relies on having people with integrity to make decisions without bias. Amit has done an excellent job describing some the dilemmas here. We have corrupt officials in both parties, at every level, and the legal system is slow to respond. Not enough are being charged with crimes and brought to justice.

There is a huge mistake in this video. Brad Raffensperger is not a target of this investigation. He is one of the main witnesses of the prosecution. Brad Raffensperger’s did not state that this investigation was politically motivated. His response to the indictment was “The most basic principles of a strong democracy are accountability and respect for the constitution and rule of law”.
I agree with this based on the interview Brad gave at 60 minutes.
