Amazing stuff. The transitions have very nice easing, did you plan cuts and rendered them with easing? Or did you do it in After Effects/Other editing software?

Sorry for late reply, but I did everything in 3D. Planned first with stills and storyboarding, then I made a animatic before moving onto final animation and shading

Curious how did you do the mirror breaking scene 0:08?

I have a plane that I split into many small shards with "voronoi fracture" in Blender. Then I added bevels to the shards to make the edges look nice.
For the animation, I animated all of them to rotate slightly in different directions at the same time.
Also, the Perfume is seen through the reflection
