I think this is exactly the way the devs intended the Create mod to be used. Not for all those super compact 3x3x4 999999 andesite alloy per hour farms, but instead building awesome connected factories that not only serve a purpose but also look great! They don't need to be super efficient, that's kinda the point of Minecraft itself! Honestly these builds that you make are really awesome and almost feel like a real living ecosystem! Great color pallete, beautiful shapes, and those trains... damn I just love trains... I really hope more people do stuff like this! ...Including me. I feel like I wouldn't be able to build this even in creative ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And also I was wondering... Is there any chance we can get the world download when the series ends? I would really like to take a look around in this world

The leafcutter ant is such an appropriate engineer for the lumber train! It'd be cool to name the Lumber mill something like "Leafcutter Lumber Mill" or just "Leafcutter Mill"

Alright, you've convinced me to start a create survival world of my own. It just looks soooo great! Also, I'd suggest placing a few semaphores on the straight between your base and Timber Holm so you don't run into any collisions anymore. And maybe add an "overtaking" split or two. This way you can ride on your own without waiting at one of the ends, instead just going and yielding to trains as you ride. Hope I phrased this clearly

I got an idea for the train taking the wood cover the storage on the train with logs so it looks like it's actually taking the logs to where it needs to go.

And think, that adding some sort of village would be an interesting touch near the lumberyard, imagine it being one of those lodging areas for workers.
(And perhaps some villagers for emeralds, though they'll have the jungle skin if you breed them there.)

You should switch out the tuff blocks in the ground for the tree farm with drip stone or mud blocks to make it look better
i love it when you decorate farms makes the place feel more alive cant wait for new districts also can you make some really really long railways the short trip feels a bit off for a train but thats my opinion i guess :)

One of my favorite episodes in this series! You should build the warehouse in the Beardew Valley, and have it automatically sort the wood types in their own vault. And make a new cargo train that would do deliveries of the wood. And on the back instead of normal freight carts, make them special by putting actual log piles on them!

at 10:56 you increased the fan power to make it travel farther, but when in chutes it blows to the top (regardless of power) (power might change speed though). anyways awesome video

I think this might be the first time I saw you, but something I really enjoy about your content is that you do a mix of useful and visually appealing. I tend to see an issue with others (including myself) on how stuff is built in a technical modpack, which is barebones at best. I'll definitely watch more to see what you can do with that skill

For the freight train, I suggest building something along the lines of a Class 8 Shunter.
You have that triple axle bogie model that would fit quite well.

Seeing the train lines on the map is super cool
rollers are very very helpful, if you have them staggered you can make it pave in patterns , furthermore different carriages can have their actors toggled separately so you can have a single vehicle both pave, fill straight down and fill slopes

I love that the 2 ads I had in this video was one to do with gaming and the other was a wood chipper ad and I like to think mr beardstone used magic to make that happen

waterwheels generate more power per wheel if you have water cascading from on top going down, and even more if your have a soul sand water bubble column pushing up on the opposite side. Waterwheels are most efficient when water is moving on all sides of the wheel. No change in speed I think, however definitely more stress units generated

While not strictly necessary, if you want to future proof your filters, I would suggest changing the extraction filters to Attribute filters. Since there are tags for Minecraft:logs and Minecraft:saplings, it is much easier to set an attribute filter for those than manually update your farm every time that you add new trees (If you do. You implied that you might!)
Awesome wood farm!!! I'm such a sucker for the ridiculous ease of a silly spinny tree farm and couldn't resist the allure of them to build something sweet looking like that farm!! The only thing I would mention is just an "ease of doing it" change of using an attribute filter instead of a regular filter and just filter out only things tagged with #minecraft:logs, so that way if you add another type of wood in the future you dont have to change the filter again.

haha, I do this full time, and have a PC that allows me to edit / render fairly quickly :D Takes about 2 -3 days to make a video. I also have a very understanding wife 😂

The big bridge should be a trestle bridge. Feels like it would be an amazing look with eg spruce or dark oak. Of course it’s gonna be a challenge with the diagonal direction of the bridge, but the side view with a bunch of dark wooden supports would look so good.

Mr Beardstone, I'm enjoying watching this series. I wonder for future projects you make the Stronghold as a Military like base with a Military train transport between your main base and the Stronghold base. It can have a story about it that the Stronghold and the End Portal were discovered sometime ago and the Stronghold was rebuild into the base to guard the End Portal keeping any threats entering the Overworld through the Portal. The other project involves the Nether building a Military/Mining base. The story behind this one is it's a big mining operation for the blocks and ores in the Nether, but needs the Military for protection from all the dangers in the Nether. You can also build a train that transports both the crew and mined materials between the Nether base and your base.
You don't have to do any of these, it's just ideas I thought of to help expand the series. Anyways look forward to the next episode.
Alex's Mobs has a lot of tamable mobs, so I think this time you should tame something else instead of a horse, and secondly, when you're going to make the new custom train you should use the wide rail tracks and if you want you could also make a train which has space to carry animals/tames.
