She sounds mock-angry to me, she doesn’t sound serious at all, and the bird seems to be enjoying talking back and forth, I’m sure they’re fine. ❤ She’s just pretending to argue with the bird.
@@jessicas.6235 Nah there's not a hint of playfulness or joy in her voice. Literally just close your eyes and imagine that she was talking to her kid that way
Owner told bird not to say "zip it". And then the owner said "zip it". No wonder why the bird got confused and said "fukr" again. If the owner does not want the bird to say something, then the owner should Never say it. No creature respects or understands: "Do as I say, not as I do."
I nag and criticize my cats all the time, but I never mean it and I’m sure not to say it in a way that would alarm them. They don’t understand my words, anyway, it’s just me messing around. I don’t see any indication these two don’t have a good relationship. The bird wants to talk and wants a response, and that’s what’s happening, they’re just socializing ❤

It's just the same as cursing in front of a 3 year old and he's gonna say it as well. There's so many kids online that curse left and right because of the parents faults for not watching after them and keeping away from curse words. This generation seems to not care anymore about what their kids say.
It’s a bird, not a human child… There’s not much you can do about it because you can’t explain to the bird why they shouldn’t say it or threaten them with punishment, like you could a child. She’s just pretending to banter with the bird. It’s not serious. All the bird wants is to be responded to when he says something.
@jessicas.6235 it doesn't matter what or who it is. It still acts like a child. The burd hears things like children do. Children on the internet hear curse words every where and then they curse to other kids and so on. I hear this on vrchat as well. There are so many kids using the N word, or the f word or the poopy words. No matter what a bird is, it's the human's fault for saying curse words around the burd. A burd is a child and learns what humans say and do. So don't try to cover it with sugar.
@@jessicas.6235 African Greys have the intelligence of a 7-year-old child. So if you own one you really should be asking the question “Would I talk that way to my 7-year-old?” Because they are not stupid. Just like human children they don’t just repeat what they hear, they can fully learn the context behind what they’re saying. They can also read intonation and emotion, so they can tell when you’re upset with them.

No it isn’t. Cosmo doesn’t talk like this and neither does her owner.

This is not correct at all.

@madduxnagel6935 yes, I'm wrong, looked up Cairo, cage/toys same.
Sounds like Gizmo/owners voice!
Who taught this bird this bad language and attitude, mom ?
Its a rescue
If this is the atmosphere in the house.... 😳😳

No. They mimic what humans say, so she says that to someone.
She seems angry and the bird is picking it up, such a shame, definitely not funny and made me feel sorry for them both❤

lol this is hilarious 😂
Be nice to your bird or give it to someone who will be nice to this bird. I am thinking you don:t deserve this parrot.
The bird was a rescue and that’s probably where the language comes from.

Both Cairo and Momma woke up on the wrong side of the bed!
Not a good bird-human relationship. The bird will mimic so he's not getting positivity in the home.

What a sick person. I have heard some crazy stuff this takes the cake. Give the parrot to someone who will never treat it like that.
It's yalls faults for cursing in front of the bird. It isn't his fault for cursing. Don't blame the burd. Blame yourselves.
Owner doesn't sound nice. Yes parrots can be annoying but that’s no excuse to talk to them like that. Did not find this funny
Agreed. Talking like that can make a bird nervous, it’s not funny.
