*A great story about how anything is POSSIBLE, all that is required is BELIEF and effort - it starts with believing in self.*
I must admit that my breakthrough achievements are out from the two main ingredients. You can make anything that you can conceive it in your mind and believe it.
And courage.
Ralph Lauren said conference is something you build on - by just starting to DO.
@@OhJames I was able to earn my Bachelor’s degree ( after having a child at 16, and I was a high school dropout) because I didn’t give up! Commitment!
My heart is full of gratitude and joy!!! You are incredible Ingrid, Thank you for being who you are! By 2020 our world will be a better place for all of us. THANK YOU INGRID. You're such an inspiration.

i love this :)
Thank you LORD!
You are incredible women.i love you .amazing story.you are unstoppable
Loved this talk! Needed now more than ever. A billion women empowered by the year 2020: Believing in the possibility of choice and what is possible, becoming comfortable with what is uncomfortable, making things happen by tuning in intuitively and being aware of the "time piece" i.e. birthing process of a notion. So many nuggets of gold here: women are the key to our global sustainable future, ask for help (mentors), communicate with a higher power, meditate, trust your intuition, re-frame negative situations into positive opportunities. Inspiring!
Who else needed to hear this
Thanks Ingrid, I will be getting in touch with you. I listened to about 20 talks today and your message hit home for me. Thank you and I'll be in touch. God's Speed...
Ingrid, what an inspiration you are. Thank you for your service

It is an unique talk show.... really inspiring and motivating
Ingrid is great. It is my first time i see her and I'm awesome to hear the life, experience and empowerment from this woman.
Great woman, yet highlights to me the power of having great supportive parents.
Indeed, that early support helps set people on a positive path right out of the gate.
She has rich parents, but she knows that to believe in success she must defend herself, she has marbles up there! She's talented period.
Looking beyond hope!!
Amen. As a man my favorite saint has changed thanks to Ingrid. Used to be a little known saint, Feofil a fool for Christ, but now its Mary mother of Jesus. At the wedding Jesus said the Guests had enough drink, but when his mother Mary asked him, he turned water into wine. When you women know what you want to happen, even God will do what seems impossible to enable your desires to be fulfilled. Blessings and love to all beings and thanks in-particular to Ingrid.
More than 40 years ago,my dad bought a brand new, red, lady's bicycle so that she could cycle to work and not wait for the bus.My dad was the one behind my mum's,and our, successful life and she always showed it till her last day.Nice talk.
The message I get from this is that : "Nearly anything is possible".
Especially if you have rich parents and access to famous mentors
Thanks for the empowerment Ingrid!
Thank you all very much
Awesome talk and very inspirational. The truth is we all have connections and the ability to create connections, but it is the belief in ourselves and the willingness to get up and move because we believe in ourselves that differentiates us. Thanks for reminding me, Yes, I'm special!
Thank you Ingrid for your enthusiasm and positive energy! I totally enjoyed your talk! Law of Attraction in action!
Last October I applied for a job I thought I could never get.. This Friday I will have an interview for this job and by July I will be in training.. 9 months
I just adore you Ingrid. I was lucky enough to meet you at an Ali Brown workshop and you have inspired me to step up, become visible, help women and I have!
I love it and kept seeing angel numbers at key moments. She's amazing.
She shared something truly inspiring here. I enjoyed the video very much and do not mind about the clap or "loaded question" at all. If the stuff inside is good, I won't worry much about the wrapping paper.
Looks like it's easy to inspire U. U racist bully!
Excellent message despite fluctuating audio.
Excluded emphasis: women will be empowered earlier in their lives if like Ingrid, they win the parenting lottery; especially if they have involved fathers & feel like the apple of their father's eyes.
Another good example is Malala Yousafzai.
whut
You are spot on Lisa Marie, I think the belief in ones self is the foundation of personal achievement
Amazing 🙏🏾🙌🏽
There is something that hit me, and that is she meditates every day... which is wonderful.. it means she asks to the Universe to tell her how to solve whatever problem she has...
She doesn't ask the universe. She asks God!
Thanks for inspiring me !!! To believe that I being a girl can become or persue a career as entrepreneur
girllllll, those biceps got my eyes. GIRL POWER!
Love your talk! I've been working hard on figuring out exactly what I want to do with my life and how I want to make a difference and your right it takes time and a lot of thinking we've figured it until we really do. I recently fractured my vertebrae and just had a spinal fusion 29 days ago. Well the past two years I've been trying to recover I really dived into understanding myself and what I want to do with my life and listening to incredibly people like you who are helping me in the right directions. For the first time in my life I can see the road I want to take and I want to thank you for your words and being such an inspiration for woman like me.
A great lesson your parents taught you on how to care for the environment when they put you on a big bus ALONE. Wow, so much for responsible parenting. And the problem is, they weren't needy or something, in fact it appears to be they were rich.
Your talking magic, when leaves rustle, what you’ve learned was discovered beforehand
Thank you
Ingrid, I totally received your message and am greatly encouraged by your story. Thank you for your transparency. You got me thinking. Hope we can shake hands in fellowship one day. God Bless.
as much as she wants to help she sounds so self indulgent
Every where you go in schools you will find a bully. Love a teacher
My parents believed I was backward even before school did! Mmmmm must be wonderful to have parental backing like that.
She has a very good point when it comes to how one thinks about one's self , but making it all about women is stupid
VERY STUPID !!!!!
AND SEXIST!
This is TedX for women....there's lots of other categories....feel free to browse through the dozens. Don't just jump in defense, is every pro-woman anti-man?
LastOfTheMaguas Yes..Plus 'TED" is a man's name.
nyoxray the old strawman reply. Feel free to browse through the dozens of comments - Don't just jump in defense because you read something that did not fit your fancy. Is every comment a sweeping assumption for you ?
DIDN'T THINK OF THAT DID YOU ?!! haaaaHAAAA !
nyoxray Ow sorry, this is TedX for women. I thought it was TedX for donkeys. Yes, check out the teeth on that one. Fucking horse!
This was amazing and very inspirational!
glad so so into yourself. Love people who talk without saying much.
We love you too. Great speech, I love the passion, the courage, the intuitive guidance. What an inspiration. Let us all contribute to keeping the world sustainable for future generations. Yeah! I wish for you all peace, love and harmony. I love you xxx
This means so much to me!
I like your presentation Ingrid. It's inspired me. Thank you for sharing your story with others
I can't believe I am still watching this! minute 10:00. Should I continue, someone from the future can please let me know if there is any hope in this video? thnx
+NEO CRO great, I finally finished this video. And the secret of making the impossible possible is giving birth (9 month birth to everything you want to conceive) Unfortunately I am a man and according to her is not my time, so I guess I'll just stay at home doing anything else while my girlfriend does the impossible possible. Sorry not my time yet. She should have said that from the begining so I didnt have to listen to the whole shit.
Awesome and incredible speaker. So glad I came across her video!
I am very motivated after listening your speech . As you shared your earlier story of your school time that was amazing. I think if women's will listen your speech they will also be a big entrepreneur one day.
It was so special watching this video...................thank you so much for sharing.
i love it!
❤️👏👏💪💪
thank you so much!
Her experience comes from building and selling businesses. Most people I know that are at the upper levels of business have NO IDEA what impossible or possible means.
I do stuff every day that my boss doesn't understand.
Genuinely talking about doing nothing, but getting really excited about it.
Worth finishing to the end.
I needed this for a long time
Needed this
Great story and I would love to get a billion women on board with clean, sustainable energy. I have a sustainable future in mind. Please let me know if you would like to hear it. Well, before the movie comes out.
I liked this. The he point is that some of us do best at the edge of the envelope when we are uncomfortable.
I love it...I will totally get in touch becuase my vision is to reach women through education...so i think one day we might cross paths :) Good on you sister and keep at it!!!!
Ingrid I think I want to be 1 of your one billion empowered women :)
I love her. She's awesome! 😊
A very important message: the possibility of choice.
Empowering all these women by 2020
9 months plan
Confirmation on what god spoke to me about my next right move thank you
Love you Ingrid! You are a true inspiration!!!! Thank you for sharing your childhood truth.
Currently trying to cram an entire semester in 3 days 😌✨
The woman in red. Whooo!!
wow she is amazing !
*Awesome!!!*
awesome
she's great, thanks
Wow. Beautiful! I'm motivated and encouraged. Just getting my business off the ground this very week. Thanks so much. R U on FaceBook?
Impossible things could be possible if you focus on your mind and believe that you can do it.
Just loved her.
Interesting... And, This is why it is so good that the medical services plan / government program here in the province of BC, Canada has implemented hearig tests for newborns.
Thank you for your talk it was very appreciated. I actually dont mind the fact that she is adressing women instead of humans in general (altough it applies to all of us). I have heard from so many men that adresses only men so I guess it was about time a woman did it. This talk also reminded me of the fact that many successful people do believe and practice the law of attraction.
Omg this was soo good !
i picked up the piece that inspires and is usefull for the stage iam at in persuing my dream it does not have to be a billion dollar company but to see someone accomplish something is inspiring and she did not get into details but gave a few hints
She speaks a lot without saying much, if anything at all.
Agree
Yeah I don’t get what she really did and her business is about
She sounds like bragging most of the time when other people can talk about this without sound like that
loved her story :)!!!!
Feminism....what a breakthrough!
A delight!!!!
I raise my Hand!!
Many thanks
Nice story. I especially like the way she would clap also at some of the situations.
Love her!!
Believing is the work.
wow love this...
she lifts!
If you have rich and powerful parents, you can do anything.
I liked this talk. This woman poured her heart out. What she looks like now is pretty irrelevant, trolls (she is very pretty, though). I can imagine her as a little girl struggling to be everything she knows she can be; despite what teachers/principals were saying.
Really, this is an ode to great parenting. Without the support of her parents, this woman would have been put into a box she really didn't fit into: mentally disabled. The same thing happened to Les Brown and look at where he is!
Shes so energetic ! I loved her confidence! wish she would talk less about her personal achivements and indtead talk more about what shes supposed to talk about! However the limited time she had wouldnt let her to give all her points.
I'm not sure if even Picasso sold a napkin sketch for two million. That was an inspired moment and I admire her honesty and bravery for coming out of the spiritual closet. More great people have been guided than many are ready to understand. I wonder if this has anything to do with the Dalai Lama saying the western woman will save the world.
We need more short busses. Seriously, how does "the law of attraction", or your self awareness of specialty, or the daddy story somehow relate to the common challenges of women? I've lived with a hard of hearing spouse for 18 years. She will never speak like you do. Life is hard for many of us. Is hearing about your fairy tale suppose to help me somehow, and if so how?
I loved it.
I actually lost the point midway
Its unbelievable how i came across this vdo just 9 months before my advance(an exam)....and u know what....i believe in the possibility of my success....rather i know that i'll succeed.....fighting!!
All the best for ur advanced.. What was ur mains score ?
@@techinsider366 mains is in the coming february....so can't actually tell you the score😅....oh maybe you asked cuz i seemed too confident about qualifying the mains😅(i am actually....lol😅🤓)...will tell you once i appear for sure😉
@@clover1383 yeah i thought you cleared mains and preparing for advanced.. And i have one more thing for you,,,,, you should watch Mark Diaz's ted talk it's fricking amazing,,, highly recommended 👍
@@techinsider366 ok...ill give it a try😁
@@clover1383 nah u should watch it,,, its a must watch
don't forget the value of a wet towel. it doesn't only mean that someone took a shower. its also one of the best tools to clean and rehydrate the air.
That was a great talk! Looks like the intimidated trolls are out and about! Real men and women aren't intimidated, just inspired. I assume the low marks on this are mostly from men. Grow a pair. Congratulate success in your fellow human beings, and go create something yourself! Try just creating yourself to be a non-bitter person. First things first. Gees!
Too special! !!!!!!!!!
stopped after the second whooo
Snap! Me too!
LOL!
Hahaha! So did I
Me too
It's unfortunate to close yourself off from listening to a great talk just because someone didn't have a good start
:) thank you
I think in some way shape or form weather its God, stranger, family, our-self.. We have everything we need to believe in a dream/goal. You can say anything you like about someone who appears to have a different means but at the end of the day it's on the individual to keep striving and pushing for what they themselves believe to be possible. Enough bitching about how life is not fare, do something about it! The you for sharing your story it's real and humbling to know how other's face obstacles and choose to think other wise for the greater good of life and possibilities!
Thanks
I am gonna watch it atleast 9 times 😅😅
The art of having very rich parents. I think the principal was right.
