Thank you! I forgot the screw layout for my FX506HEB !! this is perfect!
Thank you. Great video. I just upgraded my ram from 16 to 32GB and it makes a huge difference during act 3 of Baldur's Gate 3 ;)
magkano yang 32 gb ram para sa tuf f15 sir ?
THANK YOU!
I bought my laptop at 10.10.22 sale n upgraded my tuf 15 506hm(rtx3060) to 16gb(ram from my old tuf fx505dt) n 1 tb ssd pny cs1030 . Well after few months of using ,1tb ssd now has 200gb left because games now is 60gb so a few games took 300gb. Plus some microsoft visual studio, unity engine n unreal engine stuff. My advice to others is if possible buy more than 2 tb ssd.
16gb ram is still fine
i only bought 256 gb ssd and i got more space 😆 i only download one game at a time, after finishing it, uninstall and then download new one
By adding more ram what are the benefits on playing red dead 2 afterwards if any please?
Hi, can I ask if this also have another SSD 2.5 slot besides the NVMe? Thanks
do you know if the 8gb ram thats allready built in is changeable? cause i´ve heard that it might be soldert in? Im curiose cause I want to upgrade my own asus to 32gb :)
Hi, Do you know if WD ssd m.2 nvme Pcie 3.0 will be compatible with this slot?
samsung 980 pro heatsink do you know if it fits?
may i know the size of screwdriver for the screw
Bro how much longer do i need to prees the button to drain the power and how would I know if battery was drained out or not ?
Just press the button 1-2 minutes just to be sure tuf laptops batteries get drained quick.
just 30 to 1 minute, also all power from the battery terminals on which the capacitors were connected is quick to discharge. so 1 minute will be the max time.
what ram do you use? I have Asus Tuf FX507ZV I know that this one is compatible with DDR5 Ram
bro nice vid! those sdd and ram you installed are compatible to my ASUS TUF FX506LI?
yes yes, the compatibility of ram must be ddr4
ssd must be nvm2
Why do you disconnect the battery cable? You should be able to replace the SSD and RAM without this step.
Hi bro , I upgraded the sdd. But while I plugged the battery after installing the SSD , a small spark has came . Is that okay?
did u break it?
Hi. What is the brand of the stock RAM?
intel
Im thinking of using an adt egpu, is it possible to take the main ssd that comes with this laptop in the pcie4 slot and put it in this pcie3 slot as shown in the video?
It’s not required as technically I can use the pcie3.0 as well, but I don’t want to lose that extra performance
why would u exchange their place tho
@@dimsummarasigan1289 because, 4.0 is pcie4 is wayyyy faster than pcie3. By a lot
so u will change ur stock ssd capacity? that's what u meant
@@dimsummarasigan1289 My ssd came hooked up to the pcie 4 slot. I wanted my egpu to use the pcie 4 speeds, so I put my ssd in the pcie 3 slot.
This machine has Thunderbolt 4 capable, use it for egpu.
