Okay, I am going to common place this video and pick up this book you talk about. As an AuDHD, I find that my executive function outside of planning is my nemesis. As with most lat diagnosed people. If intervention is not done before 23-24 years of age, then executive function is hard wired in the prefrontal cortex. I can make plans, but the issue is the prioritization of those plans! My mind wandering off based on something very minor enters my thoughts. Then I am down the rabbit hole, not after a white rabbit, but chasing so many butterflies. I made it through my thesis by the skin of my teeth. Learned some hard lessons about myself, however I love the research and the modeling of what I study, especially field work.
This was very good in that I learned some things that will enable me to use my planners with more focus and reflection in 2024. I have been a subscriber since before you went back to school and used to buy your stickers. I miss your stickers. Will you ever reopen your shop? they were excellent and very functional.
