"Scoot yo I wish I was Janet ass over!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀💀
“Sit your No talent ass down!” Haha, Always loved that line.
The great Phil Hartman announcing. RIP.
You can take this sketch and remake it today without changing a single word of it and it’s still brilliant!!Chris Rock is like no other.
I agree. They did another episode years later in the mid 90s with "Jesse Jackson" and "Mike Tyson". It was utterly hilarious.
Imagine Nat X getting slapped by the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 30 years later. And Nat was still standing.
Only white dudes still talking about this.
Spike Lee got a kick out of that joke "My mom was a servant for homeless white people." Lol.
The entire skit was utterly hilarious. My best friend and I are both white and were kids when this came out and we taped it and watched it tons of times. It's still HILARIOUS.
In staying true to this skit I watched it at 5:15 in the morning
Born in Alabama, father was a sharecropper, mother was a maid for homeless white people !😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Nat X was funny as hell! Chris Rock is so talented.
The sandman played by Chris Farley.
I think he might have been in blackface
Chris needs to bring Nat X to the silver screen
Chris Rock is so awesome. Nat X is probably my favorite thing SNL has ever done. There was only 2 skits of it ever but it's HILARIOUS.
There are more but apparently only 2 on CZcams. been trying to find the one with Kevin Bacon as Vanilla Ice with the Top 5 Reasons Brothers don’t play hockey....
there were definitely more than 2, I remember about 4 or 5 at least.
What about Thelma from Good Times. The young kids at that time wouldn't have gotten that reference but people in their late 20s and beyond would.
LoL @ "The Buster." Chris Rock remains criminally underrated. More "Dark Side" and "I'm Chillin'" clips, please.
My man B-Fats!
Victoria Jackson as LaToya Jackson
Ha, kind of funny.
She really was no talent.
Yeah, that was weird. Now she‘s a white supremacist and a homophobic lunatic 😂
Can you put the Kevin Bacon as Vanilla Ice Nat X episode up please???
Yes! I've been trying to find that! Nat X showing Vanilla Ice how to dance to Sly's Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin). I LMAO everytime I think about it!
@@marytee9946 Haha yup, and he has those big clunky shoes and tells Colin Powell to come out and join him 😂. Great stuff, I used to have that on VHS. I wish I didn't throw all those tapes out. Let's hope they upload it someday!
@@rashb3994 and Nat X questioning Colin Powell for working in the WHITE House.
@@LuisDiaz-zr2vs Haha oh yeah I forget about that line. Yes the emphasis on WHITE when he says it. Man they need to hurry up and release that. I could see that episode being super appreciated by the net.
@@rashb3994 yes, I have it on VHS, but I'd love to see it in good quality here. I also remember Nat X asking Vanilla Ice where he came from, and Vanilla was "I'm from the street, man. If it weren't by rap I'd b dead or in jail", and Nat replies "WHAT STREET, SESAME STREET!?" The whole skit was amazing.
Phil Hartman LOL
Genius skit
Love it. Lol.
Chris is the best😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
I came to watch this video because of the Chris/Will incident at the Oscars. Who else did as well?
I did because I remember how much I LOOOOVED Nat X as a kid. I am a dorky white guy and I think Nat X is one of the most hilarious skits SNL has ever done. Both episodes of it. I totally forgot the part about when he said "who needs the white man's Oscar, I got here a BUSTER". Chris is a legend. I would burn Smith's house down for Chris.
The woman playing Latoya looks like girls from the '80s how nostalgic
I've never seen this one before. when was this aired?
@Bookum Danno same here. 92 was one of the best years of SNL.
Sandman played by Chris Farley. 😎👍🏾
You could say that white Victoria shouldn’t have been playing laToya, but she is, after all, a Jackson
Hilarious!
Wow pity no "Top 5" list on this one. Why only five? Cause 10 would mane THE MAN nervous!
When I search for vanilla ice , Kevin Bacon it brings me here or to another one , neither of which have K.B. as ice. Anybody know why?
Funny
"A man So black that lightning bugs follow him in the daytime!"
Is Brooklyn in the house?
Thought Latoya was played by Minnie driver
Chris Rock is sooo missed like Farelyyyy....or Cheriiii....or Ferrellllll....or Murphyyyyy.....or Belushiiiii.....or....Chacha....cha...cha...chaseeee!!!Cha-cha..........!!!! Etc!!!!!
SANDMAN!!!!
Momma was a maid for homeless white people 😆
ahahahahahaahahahahhahahahaha
whos the woman she looks familar
Victoria Jackson
No talent Victoria Jackson
Which their was a Snl Sketch of spike lee Walking away from the oscars when green book won best picture.
Ref made a bad call.
Oh the clown...!
Momma, was a house maid for homeless white people!
This is classic SNL from 1992, when the shows were funny. I watched SNL the week Elon Musk hosted (May 8, 2021). The show has lost its edge.
I still don’t even know who this Elon Musk guy is or what he looks like
I’m pretty sure Spike was very uncomfortable with the fact that Victoria Jackson, a white woman, was playing LaToya Jackson. Just look at his face.
People didn't care back then, the good old days
He didn't care one bit. Nobody did. People weren't hypersensitive like they are now.
@@hutch1197 Well, Victoria Jackson is a Trump supporter now so she clearly had no problem doing this back then.
@@madgang201 Who cares??? This skit is 30 years old. It's a comedy skit, and you're sitting here assigning modern-day sociopolitical standards to a comedy bit that happened decades ago. Do you NOT see how ridiculous that is??? And by the way, Chris Rock wrote and produced the skit, and Spike Lee happily participated in it. You're looking for a problem that isn't there. But if you must dwell on it, here's the bigger issue: At the time, the real LaToya Jackson was covering up her skin with white makeup to mock her brother's skin condition, which is why a white actress was playing her. Worse, LaToya was spreading lies about her family because her abusive husband was making money off of it. That's a much more important issue than you worrying needlessly about whether the black actor was uncomfortable with a white woman playing LaToya. Get your priorities in order.
@@hutch1197“nobody cared back then“
Well, that‘s not true 😂 but yes, i’m not surprised you guys still believe you all are the center of the universe and that your thoughts/opinions are universal 😅
Love that bit about can’t a black actress play the white character, when white people have been playing BIPOC all over the place including in this sketch. Clever as.
That OJ comment aged badly.
He never mentioned OJ.
@@vegasvik 2:10
@@cwissiee He doesn’t say OJ. He says “the O’Jays”.
I remember how funny these were the first time around. I had no idea some of them were on here! They would probably get cancelled in todays crappy world if they put that dark makeup in whites to play black people even for comedy. Cry babies are killing comedy!!!!
„I miss the good ol‘ times“ 😂
Move on, boomer. You conservative crybabies are the real snowflakes. Always playing the victim, accusing everyone of supporting so-called „cancel culture“
Grandpa, stop yelling at your TV screen.
They really could not cast a black woman to portray LaToya?
They should’ve gotten Thelma from Good Times 😂😂
