For the hair loss stuff. Barbers are experts in making hair look good, not in determining if someone is balding. Please check with a professional just to be sure, like he said you can't go back you can only prevent it. You also seem very fond of your hair so it's going to be painful to loose it.

It baffles me how we can end up feeling like there's no exit at all from the point in life we're at, when I reality there's multiple different ways to tackle our problems, I also, like Jaren, have been improving a lot in life since I watched his "27 years old and never had a Girlfriend" video but I've improved thanks to totally different things and people to what he mentions in this video, there's always hope, and I haven't gotten a relationship yet, but I'm pretty sure getting it is not the solution to the problem for most people like us.
I’m glad you found meditation. It’s good to mark a life change; we can do this in many ways, but one of these is to form a new cyclical ritual carried out day-by-day. For me, it was weightlifting, and I’ll never stop. Meditation is a great choice.

You call it meditating. We call it lifting. Focused breathing, repetitive movements, your thoughts and your being becoming your whole world for a moment. Only difference is we pick heavy stuff up and then put it back down when we're done. Try it out, worst case scenario you won't like it, best case scenario it helps you even more. Just like it did with me, a few years ago. 39 now, started at 34, it's never too late... :P

Be careful comparing yourself to the older alternate reality you, think about the great man you can become not the depressing guy you could devolve into. I really believe you can become a really competent man, someone who people want to have around them, someone who can help others and doesn't need rescue himself. That's the alternate reality you need to focus on.
Hoping you will absorb as much as possible from Tate and TBYS, with that potential you can easily make a gigantic impact on millions of people and causes, to the point where monetization isn't even gonna get close to being a concern. You've come far, but you can easily go 10x further and I'm hoping to check up soon to see a thriving channel with amazing production quality and a guitarist that's living his absolute best life, being able to tell his story to an incomprehensible amount of people that look up to him. I normally agree (or find it difficult to argue with) a lot of the points Think Before You Sleep makes. But he often has this accusatory "why didn't you already know this" tone that makes him sound like an easily flustered know-it-all I.T. guy who gets off on playing Captain Hindsight.

I don’t know why TBYS thinks he’s qualified to give life and relationship advice. He said he got metooed out of his old job and is currently in a relationship with a woman who admits to being promiscuous with other men but now is waiting until marriage with him.

BUT when it comes to playing the algorythm, selling out etc to make money off youtube, he probbaly knows what he is doing. Sadly GamingGuitarist will probably be told to do what all his "haters" have already told him. Which is to focus on the "chatting/life" content.
