Today I’m going to cover how to get rid of puffy eyes and dark circles under the eyes. While puffy eyes and dark circles under the eyes could be caused by things like fatigue or even damaged kidneys, these aren’t common causes.
The most common cause of puffy eyes and dark circles under the eyes is hyperinsulinemia. Hyperinsulinemia basically means that you have too much insulin in your blood.
A person with hyperinsulinemia has insulin resistance, which causes the pancreas to produce too much insulin. Insulin resistance is caused by consuming sugar and refined carbs.
If you have insulin resistance, you retain a lot of fluid all over the body, including the eyes. Carbs also cause retention of sodium and a deficiency of potassium.
How to get rid of puffy eyes and dark circles:
    1. Stop eating carbs
    2. Stop snacking
    3. Start doing intermittent fasting
    4. Start taking potassium or consume foods high in potassium

Rubbing your face, especially the area around your eyes, with ICE Cubes in the morning helped reduce under-eye bags and dark circles might be helpful. It worked for me. I got under-eye loads; I got tested for my kidneys as they were working well, then I started using ICE on the face three times a week, and within 2 months, My face was clear of all puffiness and blackness. Before rubbing the ice, I used some expensive serums, and they only worked for a short time. This easy routine helped me a lot.
Try this; it might help you get rid of your issues, too.

Wow this is amazing. I've had dark circles my whole life even as a child. I was told it's genetic because most of my dad's side of the family have dark circles. Most of his side of the family are also overweight. Very interesting. I've tried researching online what causes it and it always comes back with lack of sleep, genetics .. basically there's not much you can do about it. I'll give keto a try.

OMG I have to say this is the most informative videos for me. I've had dark under eye circles for at least 10yrs. I figured it's genetic COZ my mother has them too. So, I later developed the dark patches under my armpits about 6 months ago. I immediately knew those were from insulin resistance but I never made the same connection with my under eyes. I've been using all kinds of eye creams, they never work. So I started intermittent fasting 3 months ago and lost 20 ponds. Surprisingly, the under eye dark circles improved for the first time in my life. I started suspecting maybe insulin was the culprit and you just confirmed it. OMG

Honestly, after I did water fasting for 82 hours straight "according to Dr. Berg 72 hrs water fasting video" plenty of things has changed. One of them is weight loss and the second thing, my face and body have changed especially while doing push ups and cold showers that I started a month before 82 hrs water fasting" twice a day . Lost the weight around 8Lb, had autophagy benefits, looked younger and my eye bags are gone with tight face skin especially with push ups that put strength on my face, chest, and neck.
Try water fasting for 72 hrs, after that fast two days weekly for 16 to 20 hrs so"4-6hours for meals" you can keep the benefits
Cold shower is the best that ever happened to me also, cured me somehow from Anosmia because of allergies without using steroid sinusitis pills.

My metabolism was bad i have had bloated gut for long time, i could go 6 days without taking a s*it. Im doing resistance training like 6 days with different muscle groups ofcourse and this has helped getting rid of the bloating and my energy levels are more stable during the day, i think my insulin sensitivity is gradually improving with this too, yesterday i also started using berberine at every meal 3 times a day. Will be very interesting to se if it has any effect on my weight in a month, but i already feel difference after two days of using it, after a meal i dont get big spikes of blood sugar which usually results in me being super energized after meal and then very tired after 20 minutes and then tired again.

Take a bunch of garlic cloves and remove the hard outer shell from each clove. You can crush them a bit to peel them but otherwise leave them mostly intact (don't cut them up) then put them into a glass jar and cover them with *raw* honey. None of the clear gold honey in the plastic bear (that's flavored corn syrup mostly anyway), but real raw honey that hasn't been pasteurized or filtered.
Then leave it in a dark cabinet for a week or two. The honey will become darker and thinner and you'll probably see a little bit of bubbling action going on after a few days.
