    Currently only have CF, D It Card has a very attractive first year offer and USB’s ability to pick your categories is creative and attractive also. My spend is not high enough to support these all, and need to maximize points in Chase UR system.

      Chase Freedom is a great card! It’s really a workhorse in a Chase Ultimate Rewards setup. 👍

      It’s very good card towards redemption in gift cards. So many handy options they have with 10% discount.

    Discover: Wholesale Clubs (Sams Club) could be good spending place, we get gift cards as well.

    • @TripAstute

      Nice! I need to check out Sam’s Club. My boss was telling me about how you can pay in store while placing items in your cart via an app. It sounded very advanced. 🤓

    • @man73sharma
      @man73sharma Před 4 lety +1

      Trip Astute they have app but also staff managed counter where we can activate gift cards. They accepts all cards unlike Costco. Yesterday only I have seen they have anex gift cards of 500 with 4 fess. Less compare to visa/MasterCard. We can ensure 4% cash back in non spending category 😎

      Buying a visa/Mc/Amex gift card from store using credit card towards maximizing reward points consider illegal or having any downside?

    • @TripAstute
      @TripAstute  Před 4 lety

      It's a bit of a gray area. I wouldn't overdo it since it likely causes a red flag. But the occasional gift card should be ok (as long as it's not unlike your normal spending. e.g., spending $1000 at a drugstore when you don't normally much might flag your account for review) 😉

    How do I add the credit card offer wallpaper to my phone?

    • @TripAstute
      @TripAstute  Před 4 lety +1

      On an iPhone, you just need to download the image to your phone, then go into Settings --> Wallpaper --> Choose a New Wallpaper.
      I don't have an Android phone, so I don't know the exact instructions. But I imagine it must be something similar. Hope that's helpful!

    I found you through a collaboration with ask sebby and like your channel. Your last few videos were about how the virus is not a big deal just be more careful while traveling domestically . I wish you were more concerned or showed concern about our elders. We call them kapuna and I am afraid for some of them. I still like your voice and you seem such a nice guy.........I gave you a like on this vid

    • @TripAstute
      @TripAstute  Před 4 lety +1

      I'm sorry that you felt that I wasn't taking the coronavirus seriously. I thought I mentioned in one of my last videos that you need to consider others when deciding whether to travel. Also, I try to answer every comment and have been advising folks against travel at this time in order to stop the spread.
      This whole situation has been unfolding very quickly. The situation looked very different over a month ago (when I recorded the first video), and I was trying to find a balance when addressing the issue. Unfortunately, I can't go back and edit a video ... though I wish I could as my advice would be a lot more strict now.
      It makes me very sad that you feel that I don't care about our elders. I just recorded a new video for this week that addresses it. Though now I'm even wondering whether I should bother doing any more videos on COVID-19. 🙁

      Trip Astute sorry I didn’t mean that you don’t care, just that it wasn’t stressed enough in February that old people are more susceptible. IMHO. only. I still like your vids and please continue your content. Your voice is very soothing and I look forward to more content from you.
      Wishing you and your family health. Pray for us all in America and everywhere else, especially those third world countries.
