- A&Z #972 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Culver's 10 Double Deluxe Butter Burger Challenge w/ Cheese Curds and a Frozen Custard Concrete Mixer at the Culver's location in Brooksville, Florida!! @KatinaEatsKilos and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For food challenge #55, we traveled to Brooksville, Florida just outside of Spring Hill, Florida where we were earlier in the trip. There, we helped kick off and were the first 2 people to attempt the temporary Culver's 10 Double Deluxe Butter Burger Challenge which was so delicious!! I had 1 hour to finish 10 of their Double Deluxe Butter Burgers served with 1lb of fried Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Curds plus a large frozen custard concrete mixer. The burgers all came with real Wisconsin cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, sweet red onion and their signature mayo. Special thanks to Nate the franchisee and everyone with Culver's Brooksville for the amazing food, drinks, dessert, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the great people who came that night to watch and meet Katina and I!! Culver's 10 Double Deluxe Butter Burger Challenge w/ Cheese Curds in Brooksville, Florida ($75):
- There are over 800 Culver's locations around the United States, including this one in Brooksville, Florida which is near Spring Hill, Florida, both north of the Tampa, FL metro area.
- This challenge was only offered at this Brooksville location, thanks to Nate the franchisee.
- There was a full 1 hour time limit to finish 10 of Culver's Double Deluxe Butter Burgers.
- From the menu, "We start with fresh, never frozen beef. Layer on real Wisconsin cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, sweet red onion and our signature mayo. Then cap with a lightly buttered, toasted bun. It's our ButterBurger® at its best." (Note: I had 10 double burgers.)
- The challenge also included 1lb of their fried cheese curds along with a frozen custard concrete mixer. I got the flavor of the day which was Peanut Butter Salted Caramel.
- Winners get the $75 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Culver's Brooksville Wall of Fame!!

Culver's is definitely not known for their frozen yogurt, but it's frozen custard! Slightly different than ice cream, it is much smoother and delicious!

Hi Randy, sitting here in the hospital watching you is getting me through the night after a lung biopsy, and I have to sit up in a recliner. This was fun to watch, since it was too much food. LOVE Culver’s!!! My grandma used to take us to the Culver’s in St. Peters, MO when I was a kid. I always got a Mushroom’n’Swiss Butter Burger and one of their incredible Frozen Custard shakes. Such rich and delicious fare. It’s been like 20 years since I’ve been there. My mouth is watering, man!!!
Culver’s has some of the best burgers 🍔 in the fast food game but it is a bit expensive. Also they serve frozen custard not frozen yogurt. People say I’m crazy but I’m not actually a big fan of it but they always have a flavor of the day which is interesting.
My mom loves Culver's too. I showed her a screen shot of the meal and she almost upchucked at the thought of eating that much. 😂

Do you get a concrete mixer or smoothie? They are to different things, a smoothie has custard and lemon ice blended with any choice of fruit or just plain lemon, the concrete is custard blended with and candy, nuts, fruit, or sauces,
