A book recommendation I have for you is Eligible by Curtis Sittenfeld. It’s a delightfully modern & daft version of Pride & Prejudice. Silly but fun. And love Roo- I have a Jack Russell mix- they’re all wonderful. X
hi hannah! i've watched your channel for a long time now and i've always wondered, how old are you? its such a random question but i feel that our lives look v similar as i have just moved in with my boyfriend in my first real apartment. i had such a similar morning today, waking early, unloading the dishes, and cleaning up, stocking the fridge. the only thing missing is a dog, which i want desperately! i just find it so comforting knowing that there are others who enjoy the simple things in life too!

You should try the Leuchtturm1917 Some Lines A Day book! Each page has space for 5 entries for the same calendar day and it's amazing for seeing how you change over the 5 years - plus it's only a couple of lines so it's not a major commitment. I've been doing mine now for almost 3 years and I honestly think it's one of the best things I've done for my mental health because I see the changes I didn't even realise happened ❤

Three Women is such a good read!
Three women is one of the most touching und best books I've read. But it's really heavy (or at least it was for me), because it really shows how life is for women living in patriarchy and is therefore very relatable on many levels (and I think at least one of the stories is based on a true story).

Occasionally I am which is so rubbish (joy of being a woman) but I try to go to places where I am likely to see other dog walkers or this was a National trust so there are park wardens around :) xx

Hey Hannah, maybe a bit personal but do you still get your period? Just asking as it seems like you eat very little in the morning and at lunch (all day really) plus walk and pilates etc. I'm a holistic health nutritionist and it would be very hard for the majority of women to get their menstrual cycle with such little caloric availability xx
Of course I do - I’m a very healthy weight, I eat a very healthy amount for me personally and I get my bloods done to ensure I’m getting everything I need and all come back great :)

You HAVE TO READ “An Ordinary Life” by Amanda prowse!! The best best best book over. Follows a woman’s life, starts in the war time, absolutely wonderful. So wholesome but heartbreaking and beautiful.
Also I love how into health you are but you REALLY need to ditch the wireless headphones!! So so so dangerous and damaging for your health / brain health ♥️♥️♥️♥️
