Acctually I'm working on two 😅
Journaling + no screen the first 30 min before sleep
No phone at least 30 min after waking up (really struggling with this). I also want to get back to journaling and meditating regularly. Loved this video so much 💜
this was my sign to get back on my morning podcast walks too!!
I want to become better at managing my time, because I want to have more time to edit for my CZcams vlogs while being a uni student
I am working on waking up at the same time every morning which is not easy as a mom to a 1 year old who occasionally doesn’t have the best nights of sleep
Remember, it is not perfect morning routine , it is normal morning routine , and if you want to , you can do it as well
Lately I have been feeling stressed, lazy, and unmotivated, but watching morning routines like yours motivates me stop running on autopilot and practice mindfulness :) thank you for this video

I’d recommend checking out Casper glow lights as a potential alternative to the Hatch alarm clock! They can also be set to gradually come on and gradually dim at certain hours of the day, I just find them to be a more useful light source as you can move them around and it’s easier to manually change the brightness too! Both are great options tho and if you are looking for a clock feature then Hatch would be the better option (the Hatch also has warmer lighting)

As a linguist, people making fun of others for “mispronouncing a word” irritates me beyond belief. 😅 BUT,
In case this helps, the reason you’re finding it weird to say “Autumnal” is because the main stress/emphasis goes on the second syllable. So, it’s “ah-TUM-nuhl”. Not, “AUTUMN-nuhl“
Fun fact: English speakers (as a rule of thumb) will always emphasize the first syllable of an unfamiliar word by default. So thats why your brain initially tried to process the word that way.
