  • Cranberries are one of the few berries that work well in a juicer. They also have wonderful health benefits and flavor. In this video, we show a great combination of ingredients to make a healthy and delicious winter juice.
    350g (12 ounces) Fresh cranberries
    1/4 Pineapple
    1 carrot
    1 small piece of ginger (to taste)

    Enjoy your vidoes. You asked for show suggestions. It might be of interest to viewers to do one in which it has been researched, which rinds are acceptable or even beneficial to leave on while juicing. Are watermelons the only ones? How about lemons, pineapples, etc? Of course, sourcing organic might be advised but being armed with this knowledge, could significantly save time, improve yields and possibly even give the juice a nutritional boost.

      Thank you for the great idea. Most rinds are not recommended for juicing due to the potential for damage to the screen. I know lemon and lime rinds (organic) are often juiced, although lime rind can destroy a juicing screen unless cut into smaller pieces. But it could be a big time saver, plus the other two benefits you pointed out.
