Guys if you will create the grain mill attachment then please make sure it is from a strong enough material that it will not leach tiny amounts of metals or other materials into the flour during the milling process... There are these mills with stainless steel or stone millstones which needs to be replaced after some time... well guess why do you need to change it ? Because slowly the millstone gets smaller and smaller ending up in the flour and in your body... So the plan would be to make a millstone which does not get used up in the grinding process thus leaching materials from the millstone into the flour.... Is there a date when you will release the grainmill attachment ?
We don't know when it might be released, or the composition of the millstone. It's p[ossible it would be made from a composite of ceramic and corundum, which shouldn't wear down. Thank you for your wise advice.

How long does it last after the process? Would a glass or plastic container play role in the quality & lifespan?
We usually drink it within 48 hours. With a vacuum pitcher, it should last 3 days without losing any flavor.

A week is a long time. We usually recommend drinking it within 72 hours. It might not go bad in terms of taste, but the nutritional content won't be so high.
Slow Juicers retain more enzymes and vitamins.

Thank you very much. I make carrot, apple, spinach, cucumber, celery, ginger and broccoli juice. I do leave a glassfull in an airtight container in the fridge overnight so that I can start my day with juice. I am going to add a little lemon too after listening to you.

To eliminate the holes-during the interim between the end of rise and begin to bake, take dough out, remove paddles and replace dough. ALSO: SANA SMART is to come to USA in November 2024!! ALL stainless steel inside-pan and paddles-so much healthier than the nonstick chemical coatings!!!

The honeycrisp apple makes exquisite juice and is high content. Just one apple makes a good amount of juice and the flavor is amazing. Now, they are expensive and aren’t aways available. I add it to my blood orange, Cara Cara orange, and pineapple juices.
The size of juice itself really worries me. I'd have to keep emptying it for what I want

I have the Sana 707 for last 2 years and I'm happy with it. I just need to buy new screener
Since the friction of the machine heats up the seeds to extract the oil, is it still considered "cold pressed" oil? My interest is flaxseed oil. Do commercial "cold pressed" flaxseed oil manufacturers use this same basic extraction method as this unit -- heating up (warming up?) the seeds with the friction of the machine and then extracting the oil?
Cold-pressed generally refers t oil pressed at under 40 C (or under 35 C for some people). You can see around the 8 minute mark in the video that it is cold pressed. Commercial cold pressed oil is produced the same way, just in a bigger press.

This appears to have the perfect temperature setting i need for making tempeh My concern is the fan Can i turn the fans off or dial them real low? Too much fan airflow will ruin tempeh Cheers

Letting everything air dry caused dark stains all over gears and housing. I removed it by soaking in baking soda and hot water overnight then using sonic toothbrush. That made it look like new and they still look new years later. I wash immediately after juicing with hot soapy water, let the soap soak for a minute or two then brush, rinse and towel dry immediately.
How can i make a Smoothie with this Juicer and is it the Same as in a Blender ???
With the smoothie screen, the juicer will mix the pulp back into the juice. It works best by mixing juicy ingredients with soft ingredients like a banana, or with leafy greens like spinach. But it runs much slower than a blender, so the result is more coarse. But there is much less oxidation than in a blender.
I have the Sana 606 - It says to place the Drum with the hopper (which is all in one) on the motor base and lock it - then put the Auger into the drum. The auger is then floppy. I tried putting the Auger into the Drum then put both on the motor base and lock it and it is more stable. My question is "Which is correct"? Thanks
I tried it with my Sana 707, and it works both ways. It is possible that your locking collar is loose. You could try tightening the screws that hold the locking collar in place.
All this did was tell me that it's not about which juicer is the BEST but rather which juicer is best given the type of material I need to juice.
Is there a plastic casing on this dehydrator or is the whole thing stainless steel or aluminum?
The body and trays are plastic.
