My hair has gotten thicker and silkier. No split ends. No dry spots on my skin. Age > 50 no wrinkles no make up. My sister has thinning hair, so I bought 300 cans of sardines from Costco (on sale) to share with her, but she refuses to eat them. Now, I eat sardines all day, at work, at home, and I just love the convenience. Put inside my backpack and go anywhere. I saved so much money, and they keep me healthy.

Love canned sardines and have been eating them since i was a KID! My Mom used to make us Sardine sandwiches, with butter and a little mustard, SO good..! Funny story, at work everyday at about 4:30 or so I used to go to the main kitchen and eat a can of Sardines as my afternoon protein snack. It grossed out most ppl but I didn't care. There was one very cute girl who stopped by and also said she loved sardines! We have been together for almost 8 years now, it worked! haha..:D

Coming from a country where fresh sardines are abundant, I can assure you that dishes prepared with fresh sardines are the most delicious. I am from Morocco and here we rarely eat canned sardine. In the summer season, sardine is even more delicious and full of its natural oil ie full of omega 3. If you ever happen to come to Morocco as a tourist in the summer, I recommed you look for street food for grilled sardine you won't ever forget the experience

I was diagnosed with RA in my 40's, then PMR at 62. I was put on Prednisone for my PMR and methotrexate for my RA. 17 months later I discovered Keto and got off Prednisone in 3 months, but remained on methotrexate because every time I tried to taper off I got pain in my hands and wrists. After 6 months on Keto I managed to drop a little but progress was slow. I had tried Glucosamine · Chondroitin in my 40's and it did nothing so I wasn't going to try that again. I read that sardines were good for joint pain so I bought a case. I ate one tin a day and in 30 days was able to drop some more and was seeing good progress, then, in December of 2018 Dr. Berry said he was going to do this carnivore thing, so I followed his lead. In mid January of 2019 I began a rapid taper and was off Methotrexate in 2 weeks, with no pain. My RA pain is a thing of the past.

I'll only use olive oil from specific, reputable manufacturers... because everything else is likely not pure olive oil or tainted in some other way.

I wish that I could buy "fresh", but here in NW Montana, I have not been able to find fresh., but I have lots of options of tinned in water. Another way to eat them (I don't eat Keto so sorry if this is not compliant...) is in egg salad: hard boiled egg, Primal Kitchen or homemade mayo, sardines, some mustard and whatever spices you enjoy ... I can’t bring myself to eat the skin and bone ones so I eat the boneless skinless and it tastes like tuna fish but richer in taste.

Wondered about them for years. Turns out they taste like tuna but with more of the stuff you want and less of the stuff you don't want. I like them plain in water.

I like them. My dogs love them ,I mix them in their dog food about 3 or 4 days a week. They are wagging their whole body when they smell the sardines coming. 🤣

Just tried sardines for the first time yesterday. Never thought I'd like them but with lemon and onion they were delicious!

I recently heard Joe Rogan tell of having high levels of arsenic in his bloods and the doc attributed this to his eating tons of sardines. He stopped eating them and the arsenic disappeared.
I’m not opposing Dr. Berry, just asking questions, can anyone comment on this???

Doesn't he also smoke heavily though? Weed and cigars, who knows what else.
