Thank you Jason đ This brings back a lot of good memories when I was young and my mom would listen to Country music and sing along with the singers on the radio. â€ïž
I've just discovered these old videos & I've been taking a trip down memory lane. I grew up in Carthage Texas & was just over the state line of Texas/Louisiana and we got to go there pretty often. I saw Elvis there, Hank Williams, & many other country stars. I remember having a crush on Ferlin Husky, lol & Red Sovine. Red had a little song he recorded that kids just loved called The Intoxinated Rat. You could send pieces of paper up to the stage asking for a song be sung for somebody & I was sick & didn't get to go that night so my mama sent a note up to Red Sovine asking him to sing that song for here little girl who was sick & was so upset she didn't get to come & it was my birthday. So I was listening to the radio & told the story about me being sick & couldn't come for my birthday & he said he said so, Carol Davis in Carthage Texas this is just for your birthay from your old pal Red Sovine. I thought I was so special. That was when stars still cared for their fans even if they were only 6. This was wonderful Jason. Thanks.
Thank you for the Louisiana Hayride show. Brings back memories of my childhood.
Really enjoying this

Oh my goodness. This is amazing. I grew up listening to Floyd Cramer. I have played his songs, for many occasions. This story with your grandma was absolutely a blessing and she seems like such a precious lady. This video is something that you will cherish for many many years. Your son is getting so good even at his age. I loved this episode that you put on here.
This was an awesome show with your Grandmother on yours and Natalie's Anniversary. Best Wishes for many more fun year's and Avery, honey, you played wonderfully well on your great Grand Dad's piano. You will be a Star like your great Grand Dad and Daddy.
Avery is amazing. He has so much talent at 5 years old. It's obvious his talent is deep within him. He is so in tune, that can't be taught. It comes within his soul. Cant wait to see you this winter at Eastgate. Hopefully Avery also. Congratulations on 12 wonderful years.
