Slide Mountain has More SNOW in April than I Saw All Winter

- Knowing what little snow we had in Pennsylvania over the winter we thought we might see some snow remnants in the Catskills for this day hike. We were not expecting this.

Yeah they've grown a bit since my first trip up there... there was also a lot of snow on them blocking some of the view too.

We had to head up to the ADKs to find enough snow to snowshoe this winter... and barely found it. SO, snow in the Catskills in April was a nice surprise.
That is crazy how much snow is up there and on the trails.
We were pretty shocked, there was nothing 1/2 mile from the trail head.
