This week we went over to Corby to take part in the next East Midlands Grand Prix race: Corby 5 Mile Road Race.
Ryan got told about the tough hills at the end of the route so he was very much looking forward to them (cough cough) not 😂

I have to say, each video of the EMGP series is making me less and less likely to ever enter it, every race looks like an absolute slog 🤣🤣 Another great shift and RIP Vapors 🙏 Great vid guys!
Rip the vapors indeed will be sad not having them but they've taken a bashing 😂 the series is definitely not for the faint hearted 😂

It's a tough course but a lovely venue.. you did well Ryan, I definitely think you would benefit from a proper warm up before each race.. you are a good athlete and have great potential to improve... Keep enjoying your running, be relaxed but confident and you should be just fine 😊👏👏👍
I'll definitely be trying to do an actual warm-up, I normally do manage to but with these races starting so close after work its sadly not really possible 😂😂 thank you, hopefully I can run well tomorrow
