My heart rate is always oddly high 🤣 my max is 198, it's rare I don't reach the 190s/be in zone 4 for the majority of the run 😬😅

Thank you so much for the comment, I definitely thought about that for racing but in the end it was getting too technical 😅😅 I usually just tell everyone in my group that i'll be running up the hill at the same pace and that they will all catch me back up on the downhill 😂😂 In an ideal world I would use your suggestion but i'm yet to see an organiser give any pacing guidance or GAP pace such as your prior history, sounds really useful so thank you 💖💖

You should definitely have a little look into it as the organisers give a lot of benefits and they have lots of options, we even get to keep the pacer tops from the race. www.runthrough.co.uk/join-our-team-of-pacers/ It is worrying to start with as you don't want to let others down but at the end of the day you are only there for guidance and are giving up your own free time, a lot of people are very grateful. Have a look into it ☺☺ They even provide 5k pacers too 🎉🎉
