    Great tutorial, great tool. Just one comment: Roughness is the opposite of smoothness (you could use this map as roughness as long as you invert it first).
    Metallic is a parameter on its own, and your are only suppose to use it on metallic textures, I think that's why it was so shinny.

    This is the best discussion of Materializer's features I have seen. It's not particularly intuitive what some of the maps are for, or for instance, what one would use color samples for, and the program has almost no documentation, so thanks for this.

    Pls pls anyone. It won’t open images on my win10 system. Installed everything/run as administrator.

      If you installed Materialize to your Program Files directory you need to give the executable admin privledges, or move Materialize to another directory.

      Because sometimes we can't get the exact material we need so we need to create our own
