They're are two types of butter, and then there is artificial butter called margarine (which is very bad for your arteries). There is salted and unsalted butter. I do not buy margarine. I do keep butter in three locations in my home. The freezer for extra stock, the refrigerator for any use, and the countertop to have for easy spreading for sandwiches, or to add to my hot meals so it doesn't cool down my hot foods. I use a butter bell to keep my butter fresh. Hope this information helps you.
Fun fact: margarine was created to feed farm animals and even they wouldn't eat it. So they thought hey well dye it yellow and make humans eat it 🤔
@welshkarlos if was actually developed as an equipment lubricant but wouldn't pass the high temperature. Then they changed its color and flavor for human consumption. People do not realize it is the leading cause of arterial stenosis (hardening of the arteries).
@Charlene Pink-Dufresne apparently were both wrong 🤣 it was made for napoleon's troops as a cheaper alternative for butter. The turkey feed which I assumes it was is an old wives tale so to speak? I couldn't find anything to do do with lubricant tho? We live and learn lol. Merry Christmas 🎅
i swear if anyone i know actually eats margarine, they gotta go. i swear.
@@RandomSoul 🤣🤣🤣
Don't know how I stumbled onto your CZcams channel but I want to say you're one of the most original reaction hosts I've ever since. Your comedic timing, style and responses are impeccable. That running out of the room if done by anyone else would not be funny at all, but the way you do it as the perfect part of the response makes me appreciate physical comedy more than ever. Obliviously your verbal responses are what make you original and set your running out of the room up perfectly. I also feel you come through as very likable on screen. I can definitely see you in a sitcom or the big screen. Cheers and keep it up.
I love when you say stop it it makes me smile every time 😊 a lot of people in the US will buy spreadable butter or margarine, and then stick butter will be used for like baking or recipes.
As I learned from my grandma and mom, leaving your butter out of the fridge for at least 12 hours softens it in preparation for baking. Similarly, leaving it out for a few hours before dinner with bread or rolls, makes it easier to spread.
That’s way too long. I’m a pastry chef. You only need to leave it out to soften for 4 hours. Plus he meant those who don’t keep it in the fridge at all
I usually keep my butter in the fridge and only take it out when i need it softened. I usually wont keep butter out for longer than a couple of hours to be honest but I'm in a small household so we dont go through a lot of butter unless I'm baking.
We leave butter out so it's easier to spread on bread
From the states here - specifically in the south. I grew up on a farm, and there was always butter kept out for easy spreading. Growing up in the 70s, butter was a big thing. Butter toast every morning. Mix some butter with local honey at any time of the day to spread on bread for a snack. I don't eat much butter now (would love to though - health reasons) so I don't leave it out. Since microwaves are in most kitchens, that takes care of the problem.
I’m almost 40 years old and cinnamon toast crunch has been my absolute favorite cereal since I was a little girl! And it’s still my Favorite!!!
Cinnamon toast cruch cereal is amazzzzzzing!!!! You gotta try it
I’d give the Cinnamon Toast Crunch an 8 out of 10. Good snack! 👌🏽
OMG you are a hoot! I love your comments and the way you yell! 😮 I agree most people clean the frig out first. Yes fill to the BRIM! Haha! 😊🤭
I'm from South Africa and not sure about the rest of the country, but at our house, we keep the pure butter on the counter to be at room temp so that it can be spread easily.
We'll usually have some in the fridge also to replace when the counter one runs low and some in the freezer bc butter tends to be costly here so we bulk buy.
Margarine and fat spreads do not harden and they need to be refrigerated.
For some reason the butter doesn't go bad on the counter even tho it's dairy - any1 know the reason for that?
i leave out the butter so it’s easier to spread on the bread and cinnamon toast crunch is a 10/10
Leaving the butter out at room temp makes it easier to spread on bread.
I'm an American living in South Carolina and apparently I'm the oddball. I have never in my life left butter out. It always goes in my fridge. I also never buy margarine.
your commentary absolutely sends me
Love your vids 😍
Just Love your videos❣
There are 2 types of butter: salted , unsalted. Recipes may requie unsalted butter. Yes, a stick of butter maybe keep at room temperature for easy spreadability.
Thank you . I truly enjoy your CZcams videos.
but keeping it out makes it go bad quickly... well here in the heat at least
There is also a difference between stick butter and spreadable butter within both those categories of butter. Stick butter is good for baking cause it has measments on the side. Spreadable butter can be put in the fridge and still be soft so that you don't have to left butter on the counter.
Cheddar cheese is by FAR THE BEST PRINGLES!!! DONT PLAY WITH ME😂😡💯🔥
It makes the butter/margine soft easy to cook bake and spread...love yah channel❤️
I have 2 types of butter. Brick butter I use for cooking(it's fattier but delicious, use in moderation) and country crock for easy spread..
You always cheer me up with ur videos on youtube & facebook! It brighten my day
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the best!
Cinnamon toast crunch is the absolute Best cereal. I give it a 20 😊
I've just discovered your channel and you really cheer me up thank you
You always make my day doesn’t matter how 💩 it is,You are absolutely awesome 🥰
I don't leave my butter out, but my mother in law does to keep it soft and spreadable "she says". I only take mine out right before I'm going to use it.
Cinnamon toast crunch is ridiculous...delicious!
Just eating it by itself is so good.
That’s what she said! 😂😂😂
@@NBT2469 🤣🤣🤣
4:26 ”got some scrunchies” - Nah man. That’s a loofah pouf , a scrunchie is a hair-tie 😂❤
Now i wonder tho: was it scrunchies or poufs you saw getting made and why did it blow your mind? 🤯 😂
Lived in USA all my life. I have never heard of Eingang is sounds like a german or swiss store me. Check with them.
From 1-10 cinnamon toast crunch is a 12!😋
Favorite Pringles are cheddar sour cream. Living for the “STOP ITTTT” 😊
I’m American and we put it in the fridge but if butter is open it’s in a butter container in the fridge and when family comes over it’s sat out when the table is set so when you go to use the butter on bread it’s soft some people leave it out but most keep it in the fridge
0:45 we leave it out so it is easily spreadable. Keep it in a butter tin or container and you can keep it just fine
You're hysterical. Yes cinnamon toast crunch is the bomb! My grandson eats it so much I can't keep it in the house!
Leave the spongy cereal and just toast some buttered bread and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Delicious!
Yay 😀 thanks 😊😀😀😀😀
We put butter out on the counter in a butter dish. It lets the butter warm up and soften so we can easily spread it on things, it melts faster in hot foods without cooling them down, and heats up quicker when cooking in a pan. It basically softens the butter up. And baking powder put in the fridge is to help deodorize the fridge. Sometimes foods are smelly or when foods go bad like fruits and vegetables it can ruin other foods that are near by with their smell. So putting Baking powder in the fridge will give the nasty smells something to bond with so your fridge does not stink. And helps softer items like your butter and such not to adopt those bad funky smells. Because trust me butter can really absorb some nasty smells from inside your fridge and taste very rancid.
Real butter comes in foil blocks, it's kept out of the fridge to keep it soft as it is not spreadable from the fridge. Margarine and spreadable artificial butter is kept in the fridge. ❤
That Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the bomb. Here in the US.
You would be happy to know, my butter lives in the fridge lol also not in bricks 😂 but in my experiences solid brick butter is normally used for baking. It is easier to measure the amount of butter you are using since it already comes in certain amounts. The ones in the tins are better for just spreading.
Pink Pringles are the best -prawn cocktail
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is 10 for me, I don't only at it for breakfast, I like it for a snack too
Cinnamon Crunch is 10/10… tad bit too sweet. But I love it once a year.
I love original Pringles.
All my butter is in the fridge.
Yes this is from America. The reason we leave our butter out because then it’s softer to spread on our bread and our toast and it’s just easier. My favorite chips are the salt and vinegar ones.
The first video is from Germany or Austria . We leave our butter outside as well because if u put it in the fridge it would get to hard. It’s staying soft when the butter stays outside (sorry I don’t speak English just German)
Love the video 😊
Usually when you leave the butter out on the counter it helps it soften up, so when you go to use it it's spreadable.. but it's usually only for stick butter not tub butter
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is an 11 tastes amazing
Cinnamon Toast Crunch - 10/10 would highly recommend, it is my favorite cereal and it has the perfect amount of cinnamon
I keep my butter out to keep it soft
Do not shake your tomatoes at me...😂😂😂😂😂
Cinnamon Toast Crunch sooo good but the dulce leche one is soooooo much better 🤤
In America butter is left out to come to room temperature mainly for baking, as many baking items require room temperature or soften butter (not melted)... or also used for toast...
I use the tub butter for like toast and the unsalted stick butter I use for cooking/baking. An no I personally don't leave my butter out on the counter, I'm not a fan of warm butter. But there are people that do (so it will spread on the bread without taring it)
Cinnamon toast crunch cereal is a solid 10 for me. It tastes like cinnamon toast literally.
Much Love from Mid Missouri USA
I’ve also wanted to try that cinnamon crunch toast cereal😂
You leave the butter out to make it room temperature butter its very useful when it comes to baking and spread it on toast or bread better
The butter that comes in sticks is butter. The butter spread that comes in tubes is part butter part other stuff to make it easier when you're spreading on things. Then there's margarine which is gross, not good for the human body and should be banned from manufacturing...when I was a kid my siblings and I would each steal a stick of margarine from our fridge in the winter and take it outside to coat the entire bottom of our sleds with it, that was sled lube to glide over the snow and go super fast down the snow covered hills! Butter bought from the store can last about a week at room temperature before it goes bad, but fresh homemade butter is not good as long because there's still some trace amounts of the buttermilk left in it...but it tastes so much better!!!
CTC is cereal for the gods is so damn good especially the milk at the end i could just bust rn thinkin bout a bowl😂😂😂😂
There's butter and margerine in the tub for soft spread.
Cinnamon toast crunch is actually pretty dam gud, I don't give anything a 10 , but I'ma say this cereal is a 9, my personal fav is RICE CRISPY CHOCOLATE DUH OR FRUIT LOOPS WIT MARSHMALLOWS WAT 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don’t leave my butter out unless I need it soft for a recipe. Softening it in the microwave doesn’t work for me - it tends to melt quite a bit.
I don't like my bread to rip when I'm trying to wipe it on LOL that sounded funny
Hi Richard, I love cinnamon toast crunch cereal, I give it a 10
I Don't leave my butter outside the fridge!!!! Who's the maniac that met that does such horrendous acts??!!!🤔🤭😡
I have to comment as I go otherwise my old brain cant remember all the things lol
Butter-The one you referred to ...one was real butter, the other was margarine. Margarine is actually made from oil and then water is added and it becomes this "stuff"....its not butter at all , but made to taste like it. People use it because its cheaper, but also its always spreadable, even when in the fridge. Many will keep real butter at room temp so it always spreadable.
Cinnamon toast crunch....easily my kids fave cereal.
I actually wash all my produce with soap and water...too many food borne illnesses here in the states regarding soiled produce.
cinnamon toast crunch cereal is sooo good 10/10
Diluted vinegar is supposed to kill any mold spores that may have hitched a ride home with you and thus keep your veggies fresh for longer periods of time.
Americans usually leave the butter out so it will be easier to spread on bread. It stays soft when you leave it out. The butter gets hard in the refrigerator and rips holes in the bread when you try to spread it. That’s why.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a 10/10
I’m uk rich n always leave “real butter” out of the fridge so it’s spreadable. Xx
That u met!!!!
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is amazing if you like a sweet cereal
It’s a 10/10
We leave the butter out so it will spread on the toast easy
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a 7. I like to have it for dessert
Loving your videos at the moment, you are so funny. that last one, why even bother filming it.
New subscriber ❤
Literally sat eating pancakes while watching this 🤣 but lemon and sugar not syrup
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is an 11 ❤
I think the Loaf butter is for baking or cooking alternative to oil
2 types of butter salted and unsalted they keep butter to keep it soft
Idk if this has already been said but the two butters were actually margarine in the tub, it's made with vegetable oil in it. The blocked one is actual butter.
I do not leave my butter out
We don't leave it out lol the butter sticks go in a butter dish that is kept in the fridge that's why it looks like it's kept out. The spreadable butter is margarine it is not good at all. The only good butter we have here in the states is Kerry Gold
Iv hade that cinnamon cereal it’s banging , a bit sweet but it’s lush ❤❤❤❤❤😂
There is SALTED BUTTER and UNSALTED BUTTER.... The cereal to me 8.5😊
There are Welche’s fruit snacks at Costco (well in Exeter, idk at other places)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a 10
Cinnamon toast crunch cereal rate: 11/10
My fav 😆
💗
Cinnamon toast crunch 10000000000000000000/10 not even going to lie it's my favorite cereal😅
There are various types of butter, and than there is margarine(which is terrible for you!). Butter can be left on the counter and have no issues, it also means we don’t have to microwave it to be able to use it as a spread.
I bake a lot, and I will freeze butter for certain recipes, or let it sit out overnight for others, depends on the recipe!
Butter is already pasteurized. Leaving out of fridge keeps it soft.
0:28 'Eingang' is German for 'entrance'
I searched so long for this comment.
We leave our butter out of the fridge because we'd like to spread it. 🤪
Stick butter is a hard butter it is hard to spread if not at room temperature bowl butter is spreadable straight out of the fridge most Americans cook with stick mostly bowl butter at the table at meal at least my family does
We leave the butter out, so it softens enough for us to put it on our toast or on our bread because we don’t wanna put a stick of butter out of the fridge. That’s hard and try to scrape it to put it on your toes because then that just ruins your toast #RichardSalesOfficial
Great Value brand is found at Wal-Mart
