    Whether you're feeling overwhelmed and looking for yoga for stress and depression, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, this beginner Women Yoga for Stress and Anxiety gentle class offers the perfect opportunity to ground your energy and calm your mind. This practice is a great yoga tool for mental health and stress management and can be practiced as home for stress relief.
