This was a great stretching routine! I found a lot of guided stretch videos that are just music and they don’t explain how to do the stretch or why. I appreciate the fact that you explain it as you go. If you’ve ever watched me try to take a dance class you’ll understand why I can’t just copy what the person is doing if they don’t explain it well 😂

This is the first video of yours that I’ve found but your entire vibe is so wholesome. I've been a runner for over 10 years but was never great at fitting in a serious post-run stretch. You blew my mind pointing out the mental health benefits! I've realized that I can get better at running not only with training but also being more conscientious about how running fits into my day. For context, I might have some sort of ADHD as my focus keeps flowing from different obsessions every now and then… for instance I bought running shoes after spending nights looking at all the models and techs used, just because I wondered how comfy it could be !
I bought a pair, and after my first session I felt very bad, my ankles are weak and my shins were killing me
Second session, same old problem
After my third I was starting to think I would have to let go this new obsession of mine, once again, having spent money in an useless way…
That was until I came across your videos (pre and post run)
I just completed my second speed session and I’ve never felt better ! The first time I tried your stretches, I felt significantly better, I was faster during the run and I didn’t hurt after !

I decided to form my own 75 day wellness challenge to help restore my body over my summer break before college. Just after 8 days of consistent work, I’ve managed to start running in 3:1 minute intervals with minimal discomfort and always made sure to end my runs with this video. I’m proud to say that my flexibility has already drastically improved along with my confidence and overall health-I’m so happy I found your channel because I wouldn’t be this far along already if it wasn’t for your expertise! I have been getting back into running recently after a long hiatus due to a herniated disc, which then got me into strengthening and then bodybuilding. I was never one to stretch after a run, but after injuring my back I was slapped with the realization that it is IMPERATIVE to do so if you want to enjoy running consistently. This is the first post run stretch video I have followed that was helpful, easy to follow, and that has seriously made a difference for me. Thank you for the upload, it has made a difference in my running experience and daily life.
