Last time I went for my 8km run I badly hurt my right calf. I promised myself that I would never run without stretching beforehand. Today I went back and found this video to stretch before my run. Not only did I feel great running, nicely warmed up, but I also did not stop once!! Best time so far too: 6’38 for 7 km outside run. Not bad 😊Thanks!!

I love this video. I keep coming back to it as over time my warm up becomes sloppier and sloppier. This brings it all back into focus for me… that and one of your other ones, but I like this the best I think

I started to do this before every run and it's really helpful. And doing fast intervals is also much easier after warm up like this one 💯✌️

I ran for the first time in years and followed this video before my run and I was able to run a full mile without stopping! I usually struggle with shin splint/rib pain when I start running again but didn't this time. Thanks :)

I’m 34, slowly returning to being active and this was incredibly helpful. In my 20s I did century bike rides but in the past couple years let my self go. Getting into running and trail running hopefully this time next year I can leave another comment saying I’m back!!! Hold me to it 💪🏽

Same us the other guys. I have been running 5K for a while now, sometimes twice a week but before finding this video and warming up properly was getting a lot of pain in the side of my knees around half way through the run. Great work, thank you.

Wowww! I did not really want to try this video, but I gave it a chance, just finished running, completed 1 mile and added an extra lap, felt great the whole time, my legs did not hurt not one time! I didn’t even stop once to catch my breath! Great video, I’m 18 and trying to lose weight so doing this really helped, just earned a subscriber, THANK YOU🙏🏼
